  1. This game actually released in June 2021, but unfortunately it could only get little success. 2 Reviews total despite it breaking the kickstarter on indiegogo. I guess after 5 years of development they simply didn't have a proper fanbase anymore. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1596820/Monstrous_Lovers/
  2. This game released somewhen in 2016 and it got kinda successful due to it being an easy game to farm cards in. It could peak at 540 players at the same time... https://store.steampowered.com/app/460150/One_Last_Chance/
  3. https://steamdb.info/app/471260/ This game was available on Steam once, but since the Steam page is removed. - Moved to Archives.
  4. https://store.steampowered.com/app/459550/Catch_Canvas/ Managed to release, but it isn't available in the Steam store anymore. Moved to Archives then.
  5. It seems this game managed to release back in 2016, but it never became a success. Sad. https://store.steampowered.com/app/459130/Love_in_the_Glen/
  6. This game actually released in 2020 and became a moderate success. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1020030/Quantum_Suicide/
  7. https://meyaoi.itch.io/seiyuudanshi Well, this is one of the most successful games that ever were posted on Fuwanovel. The Yaoi fanbase really propelle this forward. The price is still extremely high, ngl. - Moved to Released.
  8. Seems this game released, but it could never gain success. Also there's just Part One. Unfortunate. https://store.steampowered.com/app/485800/Runeous_Part_One/
  9. This game also made it to release, but its questionable whether anyone ever played it. It's still listed as Early Access. Likely abandoned. https://store.steampowered.com/app/436680/A_More_Beautiful_World__A_Kinetic_Visual_Novel/
  10. Wow, I'm cleaning this up, but this game fortunately became quite the success! I'm impressed! https://store.steampowered.com/app/431510/Mystic_Destinies_Serendipity_of_Aeons/
  11. This had a lot of potential and it seems that the game is only abandoned since like last February. They called it a final update though, so I guess this can be archived.
  12. This game actually made it to release! Surprising! Check it out here, it got 33 reviews, so it didn't completely go under! https://store.steampowered.com/app/492080/Vision_of_Aurora_Borealis/
  13. Welcome back to the Fuwanovel Forums! My name is Hata and I'm one of the people currently running the place and driving the revival forward that's been ongoing since September! It's great that someone found back their way to our community and we would be glad if you joined the discord, so we could talk more closely with another! You find it in the Fuwanovel Linklist on the blog page. Other than that, we have some people who are currently or have been playing Cafe Stella, among them @ParanoidGegnarand @lukimana and also @Pallas_Ravenwho reviewed the game on his blog before. You can check these folks out for advice how to proceed. I personally would jump to the choices. I usually use a guide after my first playthrough with the exception of ontological mysteries that live off solving them by sheer brain power. Looking forward to see you post!
  14. Hmm, maybe you want to contact this person via email. We haven't heard from them since last May. Try sending a message to mincocaja @ gmail.com Also tell them that Fuwanovel is back and they should come back while you're at it!
  15. Usually Garbro helps, but it depends on the engine. Extracting text isn't easy.
  16. Hello, just a short information post that we revived both the Fuwanovel Steam Group as well as the Curator page again. While it is hard to produce long-form reviews on the blog at high frequency, we can probably do small pitches or disavowals more quickly on the Steam page. Keep tabs on them! https://steamcommunity.com/groups/fuwanovel https://store.steampowered.com/curator/4774130-Fuwanovel/about/
  17. We can do that, yes. Make it presentable and we can get this going. Hop on our Discord if you want to discuss something.
  18. NOOOOO... I was pitching this idea for months already! Now you were faster with it. Damn you @Happiness+ Good luck , though! Make a presentable post and some small tut for newcomers how to make a mastodon and use it, then I can retweet it on Fuwa.
  19. https://www.gamer.ne.jp/news/202212020067/ 1 Elden Ring 2 Tsukihme remake 3 ICO. 4 Tales of Arise 5 Fall Guys 6 Minecraft: : Caves & Cliffs 7 Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero 8 Horizon Forbidden West 9 Sonic Frontiers 10 Gran Turismo
  20. Alright, then it is time for me to also talk about some cool EVNs worth adding to the list. I think I'll do 4. Bernd und das Rätsel von Unteralterbach (BerndSoft) - Yes, let's start with this banger. When playing Bernd, you will quickly realize that this game is not normal and also contains subject material which you wouldn't show your closest friends, but I can't get around saying that this is one of the most unique EVNs that the VN scene has to offer. Bernd und das Rätsel von Unteralterbach is a game which heavily pulls its humor from German 2000s image board culture, perfectly adapts the cryptic slang they used and also makes a lot of socio-political commentary about netizen life as well. It is highly satirical content that is completely self-aware of the player and makes you either choose a loli route with no punches pulled or one where you have sex with literal hags. Mix this with a lot of references about prominent and infamous figures in Popculture and you got a game so disturbing and alluring that you can't put it aside, even if you don't understand all the references that it makes. The production quality is quite insane, there are gameplay elements like playable cross-examination Ace Attorney parody and other stuff in there. You do need to be careful though, nothing for the faint of heart. You've been warned. Unteralterbach can be played both in German and English, but you will lose a lot of humour when playing it in English. The unique slang called "Krautdeutsch/Zangendeutsch" only works in German. https://vndb.org/v13871 https://berndsoft.itch.io/bernd-and-the-mystery-of-unteralterbach-re-mixed Synergia (RadiArts) - Synergia came to my attention when one of our staff members Mahougao reviewed the demo for VN.Info. It's a cyberpunk yuri title with a distinct red and black aesthetic that really pulls your attention. Read the review of our staff member here (use google translate): https://visual-novel.info/demo-donnerstag-synergia-ein-cyberpunk-yuri-vn/ https://store.steampowered.com/app/1047010/Synergia https://vndb.org/v21681 Lucy got Problems (Nupu Neko Dev) Lucy got Problems is a beautiful yuri title about a clumsy succubus who is sent into a forest and immediately forgets what her purpose was. Hilarity ensues quickly. It contains around 3-4 hours of content, has some minigame elements and a ton of funky humour. I actually translated this game to German. https://vndb.org/v23208 https://store.steampowered.com/app/879510/Lucy_Got_Problems/ Chasing Tails ~A Promise in the Snow~ (Nupu Neko Dev) Chasing Tails is another Yuri title. This time it is about a girl who moves away from her former town into a one filled with snow. Unfortunately there are ghosts inside the house, so her calm days are quickly over. And then there are also some mischievous foxes around... I also translated this game to German. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1555110/Chasing_Tails_A_Promise_in_the_Snow/ https://vndb.org/v30553
