  1. Maybe some kind of disclaimer should be used for the site to make it less likely for people who would be distrubed to the point of feeling traumatized? Like this site contains discussions about content mainly focused on 18+ material and should not be used by minors and some of the content discussed could be traumatizing to some people so those who feel easily traumatized should leave this site now. I know this wouldn't be a perfect solution and that there would likely still be people on this site who shouldn't be here for their own sake, though maybe it could reduce the problem.
  2. Hope they will be able to avoid the mutiple year delay for physical goods which other VN publishers using kickstarter has.
  3. I will not give a general description of the story as I would assume that anyone picking this up has watched the anime. The first part of the VN just retells events from the anime and also often just uses art directly from the anime. This part tells the story from episode 1 to the end of episode 10. As it covers 10 episodes of the anime this part is quite large, especially since lots of things shown visually are instead just told through text and there is a bit of internal monologue that that doesn't really do anything other than make the reading experience longer. I also noticed that it cut out events where Tsukasa the main character is absent, because of this some important Isla moments are lost which I think hurt the story. As an adaption I think it does a rather poor job, not managing to be anywhere near as emotional as the anime in most scenes and for some of the very emotional scenes it just takes a clip from the anime. Because of this I would recommend anyone who wants to read this VN to skip this first part, if you want to refresh your memories of the story before the later part I think you should just watch the 10 episodes of the anime then skip through until you hit the point where you can choose daily events. Once the anime adaption part is over you get to an event system where you choose between different events where an event will unlock other events. There are 65 events in the VN as well as 4 dlc events, one being from buying an early copy of the game while I think the others comes as a bonus if you buy it through amazon. As for my thoughts on the events themselves they are a bit mixed. Many of the events felt a bit boring, which mainly had to do with Tsukasa not really being that interesting of a main character, kind of just being a kind hearted optimistic character with no other traits that really matters, as for Isla I think the lack of animation kind of hurts her as the anime uses animation a lot to show her personality which means that she comes of as less interesting and fun than in the anime. The other cast is pretty good and events with them I generally found to be a better. So I am mixed on these events as I found a decent amount of them to be rather boring while others worked quite well. Among these events there are also a few story ones which I think does a good job at exploring a bit more about Isla and more about the Giftia, though there are only a few events that does this and they are rather short. As for endings there are 4 endings where you choose not to confess to Isla (the confession scene is put before the event part of the VN so this choice happens before the daily events and the daily events are not part of these endings). These 4 endings focus on 4 different coworkers and are not romance focused but rather just gives some scenes with them and expand on their personality and past. While I think these does a decent job at this they are all rather short and as such feel kind of lacking. There are also 3 endings where you choose to get together with Isla. One of them is the normal ending which just follows the events of the anime from episode 12 until the end of episode 13. The others are a good ending and a bad ending. The good and bad ending are also rather short. While I think this would be okay though not preferable with the bad ending I think it is quite a shame with regards to the good ending. I expected the good ending to have a decent length and try for a bit more of a major story, but it felt rather rushed and I think it should have had lots of larger events especially since some of the events build up towards it. So for my final thoughts. I think this VN is only for people who really like Plastic Memories and feel like they want to know more about the different characters and have an alternate (though kind of lackluster) ending. The first part of the VN should just be skipped and the anime should be used to catch up on the story if you need a refresh of the events. The events range from a bit boring a quite good though they never really impressed me. The different endings were quite decent though a major problem with them is that they are quite short which makes them lack the impact I think they should have. So while I found the VN to have some good parts I think they are a bit too short and the parts that are just kind of decent enough makes it not really enyoable enough for me to really recommend it to most people. Front of the physical edition Back of the physical edition The inside of the physical edition (have already used the code, it unlocks an event in the VN)
  4. Maybe we should make a thread where we predict Sakura titles?
  5. There are so many other KS that have so much larger problems atm so I think that is why there hasn't been that many people talking about this one, I mean it is quite a while until their estimated digital delivery of Irotoridori. Many VN kickstarters still have physicals delayed by years with very little communication.
  6. Don't feel like I need a spreadsheet for VNs, vndb does a good enough job in my opinion. For anime I think myanimelist also does a good enough job, though I have made a list of anime that I want blu-rays of with info about whether or not it has gotten an english blu-ray release or not and if it is available in region B or if it is available in region A in which case I also see whether or not they are region B compatible.
  7. I didn't find it too hard to navigate through it, figured quite quickly to use the combo events to unlock new areas and that some would unlock after a few days. So I managed to unlock 3 endings on my first readthrough. It was a bit annoying though to have to go through it 5 times and start a new game each time before unlocking the true end since going through it 2 times is enough to unlock the ending with all the characters with exeption of that 1 ending. Ye that one seems interesting as well, after reading Henshin I figured that I will probably want to read that one as well so maybe I will pick it up next time I go to Japan though that is most likely going to happen a few years from now.
  8. Henshin !!! Pantsu ni Natte Kunkun Peropero is a nukige about a perverted guy who gets the ability to transform into different things which he uses to creep on girls and rape them (the reason why he can do this is that from the thing he is transformed to he can create different body parts). So ye it is a pretty weird nukige. The VN starts with the main character moving to another school where he ends up in the same class as his little sister (who moved out after he stated his wish to become womans panties). After his day at school he finds an odd creature which looks like a stuffed toy. This creature who gets called Nanako claims to be from the future and gives him a candy with nanomachines that enables him to transform into different things and a phone looking thing to select and record his transformation. The effect of this lasts for 30 days and it can only be used 2 times a day (only 1 time a day in the weekends). The scenes of the VN is built around a map structure where you pick different scenarios from the map, first starting with a limited amount of events, but as things progresses more areas are unlocked either due to events that happen outside of the sex scenes or due to one event unlocking another event with the character. As for characters there are 7 characters that are the main interest of the main character who have their own ending, 2 of them are sisters and shares events and endings so there are 6 endings. While these 7 characters are the main targets of the main character there are also lots of other events which has the main character target random girls with lots of these being full on sex scenes. The first part of the VN generally focuses on setting up the situation and mainly relies on comedy rather than H-scenes, so it does take a bit of time before the first H-scenes start. As for the early H-scenes I found a lot of them to be quite weak, they are both very long and also quite tame with a lot of the time being filled by the main characters internal monologue with little time spent on the different girl's reactions comperably. Though as I progressed through some scenes they started becoming much better in terms length and the situations also ramped which made them more comedic and more stimulating. So while I initially found myself dissapointed it improved substantially over time for me and i ended up liking it quite a lot. I did still find the internal monologues to be a bit long though, but that is kind of expected given the nature of the H-scenes as there really isn't a back and forth between the main character and the girl in most scenes (though the reason I found the internal monologue to be too heavy probably also has to do with me having a lower reading speed than native japanese people who probably read through these lines in a few seconds). The map system the VN uses works very well with it giving a good amount of freedom to the reader, this is quite limited in the start as only a few scenes are available at that point, but it works really well once more events are unlocked. As for the endings they are either romantic or comedic with the main character and one of the girls (2 with the sister route) getting together. While romance aspects seem rather odd they at least fit quite well with the specific girls which makes it less jarring. Also one of the routes is a bit special and has more story elements, while it is kind of a pain to unlock I did find it to be quite nice, with it tying very much into the character Nanako and why she is in the past. As for what I think is the strongest point of this VN I would have to say the uniqueness of the H-scenes, I mean it is just so different from anything else I have seen in nukige. Situations like turning into a bicycle and spawning a dick to rape the person riding it or turing into a snorkle to get a girl to give you a blowjob is just so freaking weird and exactly what I was looking for as I wanted a VN that would just make me go wtf japan? A bit about the different girls Amasaka Miko, the main characters little sister. She is a quite typical tsundere with a brother complex. I found her to be a fairly decent character though nothing really special. While there were some good moments with her she just ended up being too much of a standard tsundere without much else apart from a few situations. Andou Roza is a kohai who is a super hacker and really good at video games and is often in her own world and often comes of as emotionless. While the first few scenes did a decent job of getting to know the character and had some comedic moments the emotionless part kind of hindred a lot of the enjoyment of the scenes. However as the route progressed she opened more up and there were a decent amount of good moments with her and her H-scenes got a lot better. Merakawa Yuzu is an idol that the main character is a fan of and the girl who is number 1 on his list of girls he wants to be the panties of. The first scenes focus primarely on the idea of assulting an idol in secret while she is infront of a large crowd, while the later part shows her personality a lot more with her trying to catch whoever is doing these perverted things to her. The later part of her route really liked as I found the comedy to be really good and also liked the character. Minakoshi Konami is the main characters homeroom teacher as well as a PE teacher. I found her to be a likeable character and I feel like she had generally consistantly good H-scenes. I don't really feel like there is that much to say about her other than her just in general being a likeable character and that one of her later scenes in particular was really good in my opinion. Nakada sisters are senpais of the main character and are the leaders of the student council. One of them is a kind hearted airhead while the other generally portray herself as serious (other then all the time she fantasies about doing lewd things with her sister). Their interactions were in my opinion hillarious and they were by far my favorite characters. My favorite scene in the VN includes them and a double sided dildo and their other scenes were also some of my favorites. One thing I really liked about them was that there was much more of a back and forth between them and the main character after a certain point as well as just them interacting with eachother. I felt like this aspect really spiced up their scenes comedically and sexually which I would assume is why I found their scenes to generally be some of the best. Tsukishiro Kagura is the roommate of the main character's sister. She is quite timid and endearing and I think her route is the one that had the best romance, though the romance still felt a bit odd given how the VN is in general. The main thing with this route is that even though the main character often uses his power to assult her he also helps her with a certain problem she has been struggeling with for a while. As for the H-scenes I would say she has some of the weaker ones in terms of being sexually exciting, but I also think she has the best of the a bit more wholesome scenes in the VN. My general thoughts on the VN My general thoughts on Henshin !!! Pantsu ni Natte Kunkun Peropero is that it is a good weird nukige that I would recommend anyone who knows japanese and just want something that makes them go wtf Japan? While I think the H-scenes often suffer a bit due to a lack of interaction between the main character and the girl this is something seems pretty inevitable given the general nature of the VN and I think it makes up for this fault by the originality of the scenes as it has H-scenes with situations you won't find in other VNs. The girls were in my opinion all quite good given that it is a nukige though the Nakada sisters were the only ones that really stood out as great characters for me. She map system also worked quite well as it gave a decent amount of choice which is important for a nukige of this nature. The front of the physical box The back of the physical box as well as the inner box which contains the VN Here is a better view of how the CDs are stored. The VN itself, it also include the disc for Henshin! and Henshin!2 which are older titles by the same company which has quite low resolution and serves as some bonus things for the release. I don't have any intention to read through the first 2 henshin VNs though I do think it is a nice bonus and I did skip through them to unlock the CGs then upscaled the CGs so I can view them in higher resolution)
  9. The chart has the estimated delivery, which is what they estimate themselves, they just put a longer estimate. Frontwing and Sekai Project are much worse when it comes to delays, though Sol Press has a decent amount of delays as well.
  10. Visual novel kickstarters are well known to often end up being delayed especially with regards to physical copies. Because of this I figured I would gather some data on these delays into one place so people can see patterns of some of the different VN publishers and just generally how long things often end up being delayed.

  12. Some time ago I made a list containing pretty much all VNs officially released in english. When going through them I found that a lot of phone VNs are otome VNs often with Medieval setting. I would recommend checking through titles from NTT Solmare Corporation, Otomate and Design Factory Co., Ltd. Think those should have a good amount of what you are looking for.
  13. Ye I was quite surprised it got a physical. Considering that it didn't hit the 10 best selling list last year and it was released over a year ago I figured that there was pretty much no chance of it getting a physical release.
  14. The description of the VN taken from vndb Ema Tachibana is a tall, gloomy and unsociable girl with a bad case of resting bitch-face. With all that working against her, she's never really had any friends. At school, everyone's too scared to approach her. But Ema herself is quite content with that state of affairs. In fact, she was all set to spend the rest of her time until graduation invisible as ever... That is, until two men turned her life upside down! "It's you... I've finally found you! You are, without a doubt, MY MUSE!" Miki Hiraizumi—recently returned to Japan from abroad, he's loved making clothes ever since he was a little kid. He has a strong desire to help make charming, unusual women shine. (He's also a bit of a masochist.) "Listen up, twerp! You're no good the way you are now. But even you have some potential to shine... I'll just have to polish you up!" And Saito Shinjou—he frequently finds himself bored because things have always come easy to him. He aspires to accomplish something so big, it'll change the world. (He's also a bit of a sadist.) These two ambitious and attractive fellows decide to give Ema Tachibana a makeover! But Ema has other ideas. My review First of I want to start with the postives. In my opinion Fashioning Little Miss Lonesome does a really good job at over the top comedy which it has a lot of. A lot of the things the characters does and say can be really outrageous which drives a lot of the comedy, another good aspect is the different bad endings which are often quite creative and usually very funny. As for things I didn't like I would say it is the characters, general story and romance. The characters while often funny were just generally unlikable in my opinion, I think they just had to many bad traits while not really having many good ones ending up with just unsatisfactory character rather than them being loveable idiots which I assumed they tried for when making them. The story in general felt kind of meh, it wasn't really bad but I wouldn't call it good either and other than the really funny over the top moments it often just started feeling boring. As for the romance I think it was pretty rushed and I had a hard time really caring about that element in this VN. Of course me not liking the romance could have a bit to do with it being an Otome VN which means it mainly apeals to women, so it might be that they find it more satisfactory. As for the sex scenes they seem to focus on romance building, though since I didn't really like the romance that much I didn't really care for them. Also I feel like they missed an opportunity not using the skimpy clothes made by Miki in the sex scenes, when you have such lovely sexy clothes in a VN why not use it in at least some sex scenes? Final thought As for my overall thoughts I think it is a good VN despite some major flaws, the comedy is really good during a lot of parts and those I think on their own are enough of a reason to read this VN but the other parts range from mediocre to bad which makes it so that I wouldn't say it is better than just good. So if you are looking for some over the top comedy I think this VN is a pretty good choice, however there are going to be some parts that you will probably find rather boring and I would not recommend it if you are looking for likeable characters, a good story or a good romance. 15. Well it does have drama but it isn't generally that heavy in Princess Evangile and I guessed it was more so relationship drama the OP wanted to avoid though that was just a guess.
  16. What about Princess Evangile, think it should fit pretty well with what you are looking for.
  17. It has unique plot, also I would really recommend it if you are a fan of Nisekoi, the routes are quite varied in tone and I feel they really do a good job with the characters and also does some interesting things with the choice system for comedic moments, like for instance playing cards against Chitoge. Personally I really liked reading it and gave it a 8.5 score on vndb. Under is a review I made for it though it has some spoilers not major ones though, more so the general way the VN is built up
  18. I would say Nisekoi Yomeiri kind of has one. Of course most of the routes are romance routes but the Ruri route doesn't have romance in it. The main thing in the route is pretty much just trying not to get Ruri to hate you because of Shu (the main character's best friend) getting him involved in shit that piss her of. The route is more about remaining friend than becoming friends though so not sure it is what you had in mind.
  19. The last thing they released was Neko-nin exHeart 2 LOVE +PLUS which they released like 20 days ago, though that is a really short VN. As for VNs of medium length or longer the last they released seems to be Boku to Koi Suru Ponkotsu Akuma which they released over half a year ago and the one before that is Maitetsu which released almost a year ago. Their release speed seems to currently be about 1 medium length title every half year and then just release lots of smaller titles meanwhile.
  20. Well there has been a movement towards cute girls in general in all otaku media, I mean just think about the amount of cute girls does (something) anime there are. As for why it seems to start early 2010 I would say probably due to the influnces of Kyoani series such as Haruhi, lucky star and K-on which showed that many otaku loves cute girls and that having cute girls in the otaku media can bring in a lot of money.
  21. Imouto Paradise! and Imouto Paradise! 2 are pretty good nukige with the first having 2 loli routes and the 2nd having 1 loli route. Not much story though but the characters are quite nice considering it is a nukige. Also another nukige with a loli is Eroge! Sex and Games Make Sexy Games I think it is quite nice and the characters are pretty good. Considering you are looking for loli characters in eroge I would assume you actually care more about the characters than story even though you ask for a good story. For one with a bit more story though still very much character driven I would say maybe Princess Evangile W Happiness I think Konomi can be considered a loli.
  22. I don't know how Damekoi is to read myself but concluding that the VN will be predictible due to one plot point that you have no idea how well they will handle just seem stupid. You seem to be more so the kind of person who judges things based on things such as whether it has a character archetype or a certain type of story element rather than how this character archetype is handled or how the story element is handled. Also Pedo referes to someone into pre pubesant children, not someone into any teen younger than 18, just wanted to correct you there because people seem to throw that word at every VN with a character who looks like she potentially could be under 18 years old.
  23. How do you know the drama of it will be predictable?
