For .gxp archive you need to use GxpPacker from [AVGEngineV2] Tools.

Drag & drop a .txt file or folder with .txt files and existed .bin files will be rewritten by new changes.

It seems like mashiroext3.exe doesn't work, it doesn't crypt archive.
This should work: https://github.com/regomne/chinesize/blob/master/Musica/exmaspaz/exmaspaz.exe, I tested it,
but font doesn't support English chars.
Upd: a game engine doesn't expect spaces in text, so you need replace it with something similar.Note: you need to replace original scr.dat, scr1.dat isn't applied by the game.

Source: https://github.com/regomne/chinesize/tree/master/Musica/mashiroextWarning: it rewrites supplied .dat file so make copy. The example used "scr1.dat" name. I don't know maybe the game read this file as patch.
