Waohhh, that's so cooool How long did it take you to learn katagana? It's mostly a whole bunch of memorizing isn't it? (I'm not sure myself) But Kanji too? kyaaa that's so cool. I mean, I learn Chinese, and sometimes the words have the same meaning but you can't always be sure.

Speaking of Toradora, was that your first anime? Because for me, my favourite anime is (Katekyo Hitman Reborn)KHR, and it was the first one I've ever watched, and it was like love at first sight hahaha; I was super devastated to hear the anime was being discontinued and the manga series was ending.

What kind of Visual Novels do you like? :3 

I love Horror RPGs like corpse party but I dunno if that can be counted as a VN...

Oh, I would suggest to translate a VN you're really into. Because it can get pretty frustrating at times, 

Hmm, learn Japanese faster? Well, maybe it could help you improve Japanese a little, but you would have to at least know the all hira and katagana alphabets first... Which, I only know a few, sadly. I know how to speak more than write or read it... What anime are you into? My favourite is Hetalia! I know, I know it's overated but... I just really like it! I'm a little bit of a nerd... cause I enjoy history, but well um... isn't history fun for all?

Well, it isn't! People can and should be given the freedom to like whatever they enjoy! Hmm, but surely it is more common for females to enjoy BL more, but hey! I ain't discriminating. 

I'm not sure how I could find a hacker to help extract the script, I made a post about it, but no one seems to be answering it. It's fine though, since I know I should learn to be patient, I am asking a favour of a stranger after all...

Well, translation work is really easy actually. You don't really need to have the perfect Japanese. Just the basics of how to speak and conjugate it since people normally take the texts to translate and then correct the grammar afterwards to make it comprehensible. Do you watch anime too? (I hope it's not illegal to talk about anime rather than VNs here)

oooo, I like fantasy-futuristic ones. But maybe it's just me, but I can't seem to find any without the elements of romance or bl. Not that I mind really, there are pretty endearing. Is Otome the most common genre of VN? Cause I seem to hear about it more than others... (Correct me if I'm wrong haha) 

Any awesome recommendations of good slice of life and comedy VNs? I normally don't watch anime with only those genres as they can get a bit null, but I'm willing to give VNs a shot

I was trying to translate a game, but first I would have to get through the encrypts and extract the script.. But that turned out to be a very hard thing to do... I did read a bunch of articles on how to do this but, I failed...

Anyways, I saw a community here, and decided to join. Since I never really been on any forums before, so I'm trying it out here.

My cousin's a programmer... Should I ask her to help me decrypt the data? B-but then she'll find out I play BL Games ;-;

I prefer adventure and horror ones, like Ao Oni or Corpse Party since there's a playable character that can be moved around. But I also tried playing other ones like Mystic Messenger or Round Around the World, and it's really not bad :3
