I did this because I had absolutely no clue in how to start a translation project. Now, I have sorted out all the things and I am ready to announce that I will begin translating as of today. Please check the poll as well if you have time and vote for which route I should do second(first will be common). I would also like to thank everyone I've met so far in the forums for being very welcoming and I'm looking forward to spend more time on the forums. Special Thanks to Huang Ling Yin, this probably wouldn't have been possible if not for his help. The choices/branches involve addresses that are hardcoded in the script. Editing text in the script will often shift the address of where the script needs to jump to, so your error was likely caused by having the wrong address (or not updating it).
The first choice and a corresponding address for this game will look something like this. (image)
When it came to working with KoiRizo, I would initially recalculate the address (manually!) of each choice in their respective scripts. It wasn't too bad since there were relatively few choices to worry about. Later on, the calculations would be automated as a post-process, and knowing the location of each jump was required for that to work anyway. I should also point out that the H-scenes also involved jumps that behave based on whether the game is in normal story mode or scene replay mode, and the addresses in those also must be updated.

In KoiRizo, the text for the choices are found at the end of the script where it branches off based on the selected option. example.

Description
This is the first title by SWEET&TEA, a new sub-brand in the CLEARRAVE group. 
Shou and Ren arrived at a beautiful town full of colourful flowers. They met the three sisters Haru, Kotose and Yukina, who run the cafe “Famille”, and he starts working there in exchange for a bed to sleep in.

In the middle of the night, Shou follows Haru far away from the town to a hill covered with flowers as far as the eye could see. He watched as a little girl whom Haru was embracing turned into a flower under the large moonlit tree. She noticed his presence and smiled lonesomely while looking fondly at the beautiful flowers in full bloom.

“I have survived up till now in this world by doing this. But I still want to continue living… even if it’s in exchange for other people’s lives.”

Shou looked up at the petals which fluttered down and responded:

“No matter what this world forces upon you, no matter how many people won’t forgive you... I’ll still pray for this world to end.”

Hello Lady! Translation Project Recruitment

Hello everyone, I am coming forth with a translation project that I’d love to make a reality.
I’ve been a fan of Akatsuki Works for a very long time, love almost all of their titles and I’ve been waiting for three years now for someone to pick up Hello Lady! in order to translate it.
However, no one picked it up and I thought it was about time for me to try my luck with it.
So here I am, I’ve been preparing a lot of things since last week and I think I’m about ready to make my announcement.
Because yeah, for now I’m all alone and if I’m making this post it’s mostly to see if there is anyone interested in helping me / seeing a Hello Lady! translation.

Current state
I’d like to start by saying this, but unfortunately, I’m no translator and thus no progress on the translation have been made so far, however:
I’ve spent the last week trying to extract the scripts and other files from the game, I’ve now figured how this all works and am able to extract everything without issue from the game. Despite a lot of trouble, I am now able to repack all kind of data inside the game (see the pictures at the end of this section) and there seems to be no issue with using English inside the game. I wrote a custom formatter to format the scripts into an easily readable format and scrapped everything useless from them, the scripts are now uploaded to my google drive as worksheets so
they can be really easily edited and are stored in the cloud (I’m going to keep backups often though, just in case) So basically, I’ve done everything I could possibly do by myself. As I am not a native English speaker nor a Japanese speaker, I’d like to avoid doing any linguistic work (except proofreading for spelling mistakes and such).
That being said, I’m not going to be completely useless during the whole project either, I can do a lot of small things on the side. As I said I can do some proofreading but I also have some skills in editing,
not to the point of uncensoring of course, but I could edit the menus without too much trouble.

Recruitment
As previously said, I would need to assemble a team in order to make this project a reality.
If you want to volunteer, first thank you a lot, but then please contact me by private message here on Fuwanovel and not by responding to this thread.
For now I am only looking for a translator (since nothing will be done without it) but I will open new positions as soon as a translator is found (if it ever happens ).
Translators / Translation checkers
I don’t really care about previous experience, what I’m looking for is someone serious about this (that can stay around for more than two weeks and who knows what they’re doing)
and that have at least a few hours every week to give to the project, I don’t want this to drag on for years and I’d like to submit weekly updates as often as possible.

Thanks to everyone who read up to this point, I hope that I’ll be able to found at least one translator because I’d really love to see this game translated.
I’m going to check this thread and my Fuwanovel profile regularly from now on in hope to find a translator and I’ll update with new positions (Editing / QC) as soon as something happen, but please do not get your hopes up for now.

Hey there, friends! I've sorta lurked on this forum before (Especially when I was following a walkthrough on the Toradora VN that was posted here), but I've finally decided to join up! I really would like to find more VN's I haven't heard of, and I also at some point would like to get feedback on a VN I'm currently working on when it's in a more presentable stage.
Some of my favorite VN's include Steins;gate, VA-11 HALL-A, the Zero Escape series, Ace Attorney, and the Fruit of Grisaia!
Looking forward to making friends and having a good time on this site!

I'm ANH16 and while I am not reading visual novels yet, when I replace my broken computer I'll start immediately after that. I also enjoy watching anime although few are interesting enough to get me past the first few episodes and I also enjoy building gunpla.

Ya, muse songs are actually pretty meh lol, i was hoping for at least another susume tomorrow tier song out of all the songs i had to catch up on but nope.

I finished binging sunshine, luckily for me it's been a while so i dont remember too much about LLS1 & 2 so i wasn't too nitpicky about stuff like the rehashed 2nd years' first concert heartbreak and local-school-idols-save-the-skoo plots
1st years are too awesome, i was whatevs towards the likes of Rin & Hanayo (srry Ceris xD) but man oh man hanamaru & Ruby are probably in my upper tier of favs for being just so adorbs heartwarming. Yohane's aight, kinda too one dimensional though 
2nd years- not much to say, Chika's Honks v2.0, jumps too much, and still looks waaay too goofy to me with that hair, You's kind of just there but at least had a pretty fun 'neglected best friend' late game conflict. Riko's cool. Like a tsun-less version of Maki. Felt like she got too much of the plot allocated to her though, could've used some more screentime for the other members i think.
3rd years - DIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. who the hell are mari and kanan, it's all about Dia. anyways i always liked the confrontational conversations that these 3rd years had with each other from early to midgame, they would face off and the bgm would get all serious and it feels like you're watching a battle of wits drama instead of happy slice of lifes xD but then they had to nerf all the buildup of cool atmosphere when Kanan finally returns to skoo and they all bicker like children only to finally get spanked by Chika, in general though goddamit i hate it when the conflict basically boiled down to "I WAS DOIN' DIS FOR YOUR BENEFIT, EVEN THO U DIDN'T ASK MEH TO!@#'

Not gonna do anymore hard comparing between the two, Aqours is Aqours and u's is u's, Chika removing the poster from her room was probably one of my favorite symbolic moments... along with Riko getting a lobster pillow thrown on her face

Golden Marriage uses .arc files(Like If My Heart Had Wings) and I have successfully extracted the files(I think). Extracting Rio.arc gave me what I think is the script. But, I can't comprehend it.
