  1. I'm so much luckier on JP than on NA
  2. My first 5-star ever! Real satisfied with this pull
  3. You should definitely level a few riders before you try completing Okeanos.
  4. Is there a reason why NA runs so much worse than JP? My phone can run JP just fine but NA crashes incessantly to the point where I can't progress
  5. Welcome to Fuwa enjoy your stay
  6. Edelweiss has been recommended to me before, but there's something about the art style that feels a little uncomfortable for me. Is the story particularly good? That might motivate me to read it. And I have read Ikikoi, but it was a long while ago. All I remember is that Tsumugu was the only character I liked lol
  7. Welcome to Fuwa, friend! Enjoy your stay
  8. Didn't like clannad when I read it, but that was a while ago. Maybe I'll give it another go.
  9. Yoake is another VN that has been on my list for a while but I never had much motivation to actually read it, but if it has a decent protagonist I'd definitely be more interested.
  10. I've read both of those unfortunately
  11. If it were specifically aimed at younger teens I might be able to accept it, but as a grown ass man it's just annoying tbh. A protagonist that knows what he's doing would resonate with me so much more.
  12. Ourai no Gahkthun is the only one of those that I haven't read, but it has been on my list for some time so that's good.
  13. As I understand it, the word otaku has the same stigma attached to it as the word weeb, only it isn't specific to anime. It can apply to any hobby or interest, but it has a negative connotation regardless. Is that correct or am I wrong?
  14. Are there any school life VNs (in English) with a competent protagonist? I'm in the middle of reading Ayakashibito for the first time (and it's great), but at the moment I'm really in the mood for a simple school life VN, but all of the protagonists from school life VNs that I've read were entirely oblivious to the feelings of the heroines until the penultimate moment. Are there any translated school life VNs where the protagonist is actually romantically competent?
  15. I feel like specifically looking for VNs like this kind of ruins the twist. If you're expecting the plot or the protagonist to be deceiving you, the reveal won't have as much impact. It's always better if the twist is a surprise.
  16. Read Majikoi. The friendship dynamic there is really great and heartwarming
  17. Started reading Ayakashibito the other day, really enjoying it so far.
