I think it sounds legitimately interesting especially since the organized crime world has to a fault been extremely masculine, and, chauvinistic,and explicitly homophobic. Might have to check it out based on that alone. Plus, I like some good mafia shit.

I agree with a lot of things that the developer said. When it comes to more obscure OELVN titles aimed for girls, when I see like 10 votes in VNDB I think "wow, a lot of people liked it, must be worth to check it out"! I do my part, but I wanted to see more feedback in VNDB honestly. And yeah, we already have enough games with chaste and innocent girls, keep being original!!
And about the game, it seems like something I could enjoy, but I'll wait for possible future chapters. I prefer to read the entire story in one go. Like you said in the review, it's very hard to rate it otherwise.

Oh wow. I think I should push this game to some gender studies people on my university, they would have some fun with this kind of super-masculine/harsh gay world. I would do something about it myself if I had the time. ^^

I remember when I saw the first trailer for this remake. I was kinda let down because, since the resolution was more detailed, it lost that "misty" appearance the original had   Misty sounded more somber and just right for this game. But damn, I was convinced enough with the MC's new look!
Sadly, I don't own a PS4, but I have good memories of this game back in the PS2. And bad memories too, since my disc was damaged so it took half an hour to the final cutscene to kick in for me to clear it on Hard.
Oh, and I heard that the new golden coins gives you a new weapon, much like the time trials did.

I mean that might be something you and @MaggieROBOT might be into since it is a otome game after all
Well haha it came pretty damn close to having that. There was some nudity that was unspeakably horrible. I gotta say if it did have an h scene in it I would have probably been forced to gouge out my eyes.

Someone should tell Kojima and del Torro to try a collab again, but this time make it an eroge. I mean, it would propaboy end up horrible, but it would be epicly horrible. 

Heh, that's a randomly accurate pun for a review that somehow never wanted to turn out readable and went through an unreasonable number of edits, which, as it always is with over-edited things, only partially helped with anything. ;p For the games themselves, they are really nice when you need something chill and fluffy. And the author seems to be improving with every game, so I'm actually quite interested in how the newest part turns out.
Oh, and I managed to butcher Yvin's name in the weirdest possible way... Really, this post just didn't like me.  Well, still thank you and I'm glad you enjoyed it! At least with next week's review, I'm very satisfied with how it turned out and it will be something quite unusual. :3

Okay, people who are interested in reading this @Plk_Lesiak and @Mr Poltroon! I know that VNR can be a pain in the ass sometimes with its server and all that, but never fear! I managed to put everything to work in offline mode. That means you'll not need to access VNR's horrible server at all and read in peace. So if you're having trouble, here's what I did:
1) Download VNR, any working version should be fine.
2) Put this file in the following folder inside VNR: Cache/Subtitles/xml. It's the subtitle file for this game's free version that I downloaded and retrieved. And that folder is for offline subs.
3) Make VNR hook the game, but turn off your internet connection during that if you're using the latest version! Otherwise it could overwrite my file with an empty one. A message saying that it found 3900 or so comments should appear in the top right of the screen (that's approximately the number of lines in this game, way less than this is not a good sign)
4) Enjoy!
