Maybe G-Senjou no Maou could fit among those. Dispite having teenage characters, the plot and the situations in which you see the important characters interactions is not the the same as typical VNs. You also missed Kara no shoujo's predecesor so to speak.

Crap... If Kara no Shoujo's bundle included the 2nd episode I'd surely buy it

My favourite no doubt is Azai Kyousuke from G-Senjou. I liked a lot his twofaced attitude and the fact that besides being a teenager during day, to be selfish and think of himself first. Not that I like villains, but selfishness is a trait of human kind. 'Cause it's not that he enjoyed hurting others, but that he doesn't care about it as long as he had benefits from it. And also his inteligence to plot, and his lack of innocence. Don't read this if you didn't play G-Senjou no Maou And if had to choose a 2nd, I'd choose Reiji from Kara no Shoujo. Just because of the fact that he's not a stupid teenager, but an experienced man with knowledge and resources to resolve situations.

You won't regret any second you spend with Kara no Shoujo. And you will also want to start Cartagra and Kara no Shoujo 2 after you finish it. You can also try G-Senjou no Maou is one of the best titles I've ever read, if you like the mistery/mafia context.

Well, if I had to read it again I'd play Nemu's and Sakura's route from DC 1 (the main heroines), and then go for full DC II (if it's plus communication version even better) and DC III. And you can also watch the anime series if you like.

And Jparser would be a translation engine ?? or another Text-Hooking engine ??

Then you'll sure die with DC III anime as well. I suggest you finish DC II before watching the anime, you'll understand the end better after that.

I highly recomend Da Capo II. Since the last Side Story of DC III is very related to it. I did the same as you, 1st played DC III and didn't regret at all DC II. DC I well... if you're really interested in the story you could give it a try.

Hello! First of all, sorry if this topic doesn't belong here. Just didn't know where else to put it. Now the main issue... I really want to read "Da Capo II Plus Communication" for the extra routes and story but since it doesn't have an english patch (and doesn't seem MangaGamer is ever going to release one), I need to now what kind of tools are avaible to at least try to play it. I've read of a VN reader or so but don't know specifically where to look for it, or if there's a better method. Thanks!

Welcome bro! G-Senjou is also my favorite VN, as a fan of Sherlock Holmes novels reminded too much to him and Moriarty. Also to Kira and L from Death Note. Kara no Shoujo series is also great piece of work. Enjoy your time here!
