We met on the university a year ago, studying the same thing, and, well, we are something like soulmates. I would lie, if I said I don't like her, but we are more like siblings (even called ourselves, Onii-chan and Onee-san for fun - yup, she's an anime fan too ^^) [And yes, I like imoutos, but that's another matter]. But, as I said above, not interested in relationships irl, and I would never hit on a girl, that is already in a happy relationship. Well, I think he believed me, he's a rather nice guy from what I can tell. Confession: I'm curious what kind of reputation I have on here too.
You could try talking to people who are also on their own. I remember going to an anime club alone once or twice.. and it's always a pleasant surprise when someone tries to talk to me... or else I just sit there alone being bored.  Being on your own, it can be kind of hard to break into already formed groups.. so maybe try targeting the ones who are also alone?  Since people who go to clubs mostly go to mingle & make friends, it shouldn't be too weird?
I can be really shy... but sometimes I take the chance to be super weird out of my comfort zone to get to know someone and have made friends from it. You just have to make yourself dooo iiiit~ even if your mind is screaming noooo. Target people you're not intimidated by first, and as you get better~ you can try with girls or w/e.

It is a visual novel nobody has ever made a walkthrough for, and anyone who claims they have is scamming you. Every route is unknown to you as the protagonist, and choices can seem arbitrary in every single way but have the most profound of effects. Every possible route has a variable length, and may very well span the rest of your experience with this "reality visual novel". Of course, those same routes can be exited both on purpose and by accident. When a route is finished, it doesn't mean the credits will roll either. You can still access other routes. Routes can occur during any given arc of your life, and routes don't even need to be romantic in nature.

Well you're not going to be able to fix it in time for the next day. Sleep hygiene is as much about routine as it is the actions you choose. The things that will make the biggest difference to your sleep are maintaining the same routine almost every day, not sleeping in on occasional days and do all the things that help maintain your circadian rhythm that will make you sleepy at night.

Set your TV to "warm" colour tones if you watch TV at night. Do much more continuous physical activity during the day - standing instead of sitting at a PC. I have a standing desk at home and work. Eat mostly during daylight hours, avoid snacking after dark - to that end, eat a low carb high fat diet which will make you less hungry outside meal times. Don't do or watch anything emotionally or intellectually stimulating as sleep time approaches - I watch episodes of the most boring anime I have on tap. Use your bedroom only for sleep and sex for the right association of place and action. Keep your room very dark during sleep hours, dim lights only and preferably warm (red) colour tone lights. Use a light alarm instead of a music alarm in the morning to help set your rhythm. Philips make some great ones. Don't sleep in on your days off - instead get up at about the same time as each time you sleep in you ruin the stability of your body clock. Orgasm just before bedtime - with your partner if you have one, otherwise fap/vap to a VN/hentai/porn instead. Good luck.
