What are the most effective types of conflicts for Chuunige?

So, i don't know if there's another thread here already, but i want to talk about Mob psycho and also see what other think about it. When it started i thought it was just going to be one punch man mark II, but i was pleasantly surprised after watching up to episode 10. This may be presumptuous of me, but the comedy in that show can compete with Gintama and Daily lives of high school boys. As for the action, it's very exciting and blood pumping, but it reeks of one punch man. The only difference is Mob's percentage and His dark side. and so far i think it has dropped the biggest plot twist this year. So.. what do you guys think?

So i'm looking for A visual novel with a protagonist who doesn't have that "goody two shoes" mentality. Someone who is willing to kill to achieve his goals and is highly intelligent. Having superpowers or being action themed is a plus. Pragmatic, probably is a bit weak to describe what i'm looking for, as Some pragmatic protagonists still bear these inhibitions. Badass is also a bit weak, as you can be badass and still be unable to wow me with your badassery (unless you're Yoshino). Got any ideas for me?

How could this.. How could this.. How could this have an impact?!? (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ after reading that excellent piece of writing i couldn't sleep for days. That adorable bundle of Joy melted my heart faster than Makise Kurisu died in world line 1.0 !

I've given up on the Vn. I'll be honest with you guys, what i expect was something deeper from them. Something new. Basically i was hoping they would use the Vn to expand on the world itself since they've ignored that and focused on characters in the anime. As a reader who loves lore and world building Re:zero didn't really strike me. The reason why i (and i think most of us) still pick up anime that have the theme "Transported to another world/game world" is not for the bland characters they throw, but for the world itself. What are the rules of the world? How do the decisions affect the non important characters? How do the main characters make an impact on the world? I will give three examples; Sword art online- Focused on the characters only and KiritoxAsuna. All we got to know what that (1) you can die. (2) it's a game world (3) Kirito can always survive by pulling bullshit out of his ass No game No life- Focused on both in equal measure. We had our fair share of character development and World building. I.e The games, continents, Lore and effects were well done. Log horizon- Focused mostly on the world and how it worked. This is by far my favourite "transported to another world" show because we were given generic characters (they even pointed it out) and were made to watch as they changed the world and the world changed them. 10/10 would adopt Akatsuki-chan. and for Re:zero, it's somewhere between SAO and No game no life. I was hoping the VN would focus on the world itself, on the history of Satella, what she did, what she made, how she affected the world, the dragon, what it did, how it affected the world. Etc While the author may have planned to release this over time in his work, too little is being told to us and being shoved for later... which is really not cool.

As a realist i agree with you on those points. Negating point 3, point 2 is generally the biggest problem here. What's the point of it being released if we can't bloody hell read it? Well we are a community here with fan translators as well. Maybe we could collaborate (i don't know the details of fan translation) if that's possible. In terms of funding, maybe crowdfunding..? Like i said i don't know the details, but if really turns out to be good maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea.

So 5pb have announced That a visual novel adaptation of This year's best anime, Re;zero is currently in the works. There are still very few details but from what i read from crunchyroll news, the are going to be five routes and i doubt our beloved Rem-chan is getting a route for herself. I know i'm definitely going to buy it... but what about you guys? What do you think?

I think I agree with most of Sanahtlig's comments about the posts. since you're also a philosopher, i'm sure you know about Polemical rhetoric and appeal to emotion.
