  1. ああ… 多い日本語と読むの時目が痛いなぁ。構文が変ならすいません。日本語使いすぎったら頭が爆発気がする。
  2. Not a youtube video but I love this cover by びす of カゲロウデイス。
  3. Only with nukige when I'm about to take a break from it and check if the chain of H-scenes ended yet by skipping some text lol. (But read it later when I load the game) Otherwise, I'm pretty obsessed with making sure I read every line unless the VN simply bores me, on which I would just quit it. Ohh and I'm sure everyone does this but sometimes you need to like, reread a lot of text just so you can do another route but decide to just skip it.
  4. I haven't tried looking for the album though, you could also just download the video(s) and extract the audio file with some program. Not sure if you'd be satisfied with the quality but it generally does it for me if that's what it comes to. (Added Spoiler Tags for NSFW stuff *Ryoji*)
  5. Incoming spam hurr durr. HUEHUEHUEHUEHUE (A lot of HUEHUEHUEHUE I put together from just one Skype call conversation of other people, though it is not necessarily the way it is supposed to be pronounced XD) https://dl.dropbox.com/u/23771954/Recordings%20%28mp3%29/HUEHUEHUEHUE%20BEAT%20REVISED.mp3 "pik pak ne ko long tik tong" (A phrase from this Chinese monkey who fights with a stick in Cantonese) derp hurr durr Ikr FFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU I don't even... 9. Listening to this album now. (crossfade) Really glad I bought this, never been as impressed with a Vocaloid album before. Though like more than half of this are all instrumental tracks. (Which might actually be a good thing, because I like most Vocaloid composers for their compositions, not the vocaloid's voice lol) Regardless, these are really well tuned compared to some that sound just horrible. ^^'
  10. Tried to choose one I thought would leave more of an impact or that more people would like it.
  11. The first experience is always painful.. oh wait, it's not about that? XD (Coming from a 童貞) My first VN was Chaos;Head, I really liked it back then and was probably almost as delusional as the protagonist. This was.. holy shit at least 5 years ago. It all started when I was watching the anime, thought it was interesting and found the game somehow. (Though the anime got worse the more episodes were being released)
  12. I want to be forevernotalone.jpg and thx Ryoji! \o/
  13. Thx for all your giga pudding I mean birthday pudding.. no pudding wishes or I DON'T KNOW MAN.
  14. PFFFFFF ATTRACTING UNNECESSARY ATTENTION. XD My birthday huh.. when I woke up, I got some automated birthday messages in my email from websites I'm registered to. Kind of lazy and insignificant if you ask me. lol Uhh I also got birthday messages from some actual people, which pretty much made my morning! \o/ As for parties.. I'm going out somewhere with family next Monday to some place that apparently has a lot of activities.. dunno what exactly but anything is fine with me. XD I slept rather late last night so bbl taking a nap. w Thx guys. 19 years old already SO OLD orz. ww

  16. It's from this game: http://vndb.org/v4880 http://trumple.jp/top.php According to wikipedia, these people worked on the character designs: キャラクターデザイン・原画 深崎暮人(佳織、愛理、詩織、男性キャラクター) / 黒谷忍(ゆい、凪沙、女性キャラクター) / 成瀬未亜(SD原画) Source: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%A4%B1%E3%82%8F%E3%82%8C%E3%81%9F%E6%9C%AA%E6%9D%A5%E3%82%92%E6%B1%82%E3%82%81%E3%81%A6
  17. Thx for linking the Japaneseclass thing.. I might actually have used something like that, or maybe exactly that before a long time ago but entirely forgot about it for whatever reason.. automated systems like that are the best for lazy people like me. XD
  18. My desktop; please overlook the embarrassing things I may have on it. w http://i.imgur.com/qEnV4y3.jpg
  19. AmiAmi and Hobby Search are a good pick! I can give you a few reasons not to use (particularly unknown, less popular) English-based sites to buy figures. 1. More expensive 2. Slower 3. Less reliable 4. Considerably less stock Reasons not to use Japanese, even the popular ones: Custom duties, taxes can be dreadful. EMS packages are also more likely to get caught, at where I live at least. This is speaking from my own experiences and observations. ________________________________________________ I haven't used AmiAmi and Hobby Search in a long time since I don't collect figures anymore, but here's what I can tell you about them: AmiAmi usually has the cheapest initial figure purchases available. Hobby Search has good prices as well, and also gives you points you can use later on. Each point equals 1 JPY. Both have a separate catalog for English and Japanese customers. Sometimes they limit the amount you can buy of a single product. I favored AmiAmi more for buying figures, and Hobby Search for other goodies. AmiAmi also has more exclusives. They say you CANNOT cancel orders from AmiAmi. I've done it once, but if you do it enough you could lose their trust and they will stop taking orders from you. Canceling orders from Hobby Search is done by filling in a form through email. When ordering from AmiAmi, you are required to fill in a form of how you want it to be shipped (SAL, EMS), if you want to combine orders, etc. (That's how it used to be anyway, not sure about now) When ordering from Hobby Search, they take you step by step through the ordering process. You can easily login again to check your order status and also combine orders through the system. You generally want to avoid shipment by EMS because it'll drill a hole through your wallet. EMS is insured, fast, can hold any size, comes with a tracking code. SAL is NOT insured, does not come with tracking code, ok speed. There's the commonly used variant called SAL small package which can hold only up to so much, but is definitely much cheaper. Tracking code only on request (at AmiAmi), which should be known as SAL small package Registered. I don't think Hobby Search offers the tracking code service for SAL but they do label every item page that SHOULD be able to get shipped by SAL small package with "SAL". Only AmiAmi offers SAL Parcel, which can hold bigger items than SAL small package and is slightly less expensive than EMS. You will be forced to use the bigger shipping methods if an item is too big for SAL small package, so it would be wise to do some research first before placing the order. For this reason, it is a bit safer to order from Hobby Search because there's actually a "SAL" icon on the product page if it can be shipped by SAL small package. Warning: If the item has yet to be released it is not a guarantee that it can be shipped by SAL, merely an estimation. Both AmiAmi and Hobby Search process orders quickly from my experience. There was one occasion at Hobby Search when I got a slightly defective product, which wasn't even their fault, but the manufacturer of the figure. I asked by email if they had a replacement part for the tiny pantsu defect and they gave me a full refund lol. As of this moment I'm still happily displaying said figure on my desk. XD _______________________________________________ I have an account on MFC (myfigurecollection.net). Quite old but it lists the figures I have: http://myfigurecollection.net/profile/TQFigure Feel free to ask questions that.. I might be able to answer. w
  20. Well.. I suppose it has some romance to it to a degree, but it might not be the kind of romance everyone is used to XD. There are 3 different endings for Chaos;Head: A good ending, a "good" ending, and a bad ending. The good and "good" ending aren't so different from each other, but I would guess that you would like the good ending more lol. If I recall correctly, these endings are also referred to as "A" ending, "AB" and "B". I do not recommend to play this game if you're only in for the romance as it focuses much more on the story and the protagonist himself, but he does make quite some bonds with the girls.
  21. I went through a good part of my 7.4 GB pictures folder for this. ww I found many images which were also cute, or prettier, more beautiful, sexy, cool, etc. but only these 4 (Including my avatar XD) were close enough to be called "cutest" from my subjectivity (If I didn't miss anything, which I'm sure I did since I didn't go through all the images lol): http://i.imgur.com/XKcMP.jpg http://i.imgur.com/6SU68.jpg http://i.imgur.com/1A9Ev.jpg http://i.imgur.com/SuFOf.gif
  22. I feel with you man, I just don't get it when there were people who asked me "Do you think of the word in your own language first and then translate it in your head into the other language?" I don't know about others but imo that's not how using a language usually works, especially when you're already familiar with it. When you use your first language you don't have to translate anything, so why would you have to do that for your second language? Honestly I'd feel offended. XD To try explain this concept: Let's say your native language is English; what does the noun "book" mean? My answer: book means book, nothing else, why do I have to explain what a book is? The same can be applied to your secondary language, in this case let's say you ask yourself in Japanese: What does the word 母 mean? There are two things you can do: mother (translation to your first language) or just keep it at 母。You already know that 母 means 母 so there's no point in translating it. Even if the words "mother" or "father" didn't exist, you would still know that the female parent is your mom, and male parent is your dad, there just would be no word to directly specify who is who. Simply said: "mother" and 「母」both mean and refer to the same thing. ... I'm not sure if I only made it more complicated or what. XD Anyway, It's true that there's a connection to many of the kanji, but I'm not sure if it's practical to learn kanji just from those. There are some systems that let you see a bunch of the kanji with the same kind of strokes, number of strokes, etc. such as IME パッド that comes with the Japanese IME keyboard built into Windows (7). You can see the different readings of the kanji by moving your mouse on top of them. Perhaps you'd find some connection I don't know of lol and use that to learn the kanji. XD I don't actively study Japanese anymore since I learned the "basics", but these are some of the methods I recall having used or am still using: 1. English word > translate into kanji multiple times by writing it down 2. Hiragana > translate into kanji multiple times by writing it down 3. Reading lyrics of Japanese songs while playing the song and also put the words in a translator such as Babylon to see more details. It is also easier to remember the pronunciation of the kanji that way. (Helps with vocabulary, kanji, grammar) 4. Transliterating or translating lyrics of Japanese songs by own writing. (Helps with vocabulary, kanji, grammar) 5. Anime, manga, VNs, eroge and all sorts of media. 6. Kanji cards. (Kanji > English) 7. Daily use. (Reading, writing, searching, communicating whatever) Always have a translator at hand just in case and try not to ignore words you don't know. You'll start recognizing them better and faster as you progress. 8. Karaoke with either Romaji or Hiragana/Katakana/Kanji/Furigana. (Especially helps pronunciation and reading speed) I did most of these things just for fun, and not that much either. But it still helped me a lot in the long run. ^^
  23. Then I will be your enemy, because I intend to have at least 2, or 3, MAYBE ANOTHER ACCIDENTAL 4 or 5. XD Yo man, if I don't reproduce my dad's family name will be gone. D: (Unless my only recently married uncle, of 50 with someone of 30 is going to make babies hurr durr but I dunno, they live in a poor country) Hmmm though I should really continue one of the VNs I've been playing.. too many of which there are still routes left that can't be left out. I'm thinking of Steins;Gate again. Anyway, here's a question for everyone: In terms of romance, what would be your favorite character? (Of any VN)
