I am currently using Win 8.1 but for personal reasons most likely I will have to upgrade to Win 10 (some guarantee issues and blah blah). So I would like to know if Rewrite Vn would properly run on Win10 (not only rewrite but also F/S night, Clannad 2004/8, little busters, etc) without crashing or the text not being seenable... BTW I found this information on the web while looking for the exact same information> http://sanahtlig.blogspot.com/2015/08/windows-10-vn-compatibility-list.html that basically explains that there is a way to know with some VN if they would actually run on WIN10 or not but I actually didnt understand it that well.. Currently using a good enough machine to play most likely any game from PS3/Xbox Set as japan on location? No (never needed to, not when I was using VNs on my Dell desktop, basically I was able to most liekely play all the VNs, except for Rewrite (because of siglus eng) on that Desktop without having to set local to japan as default and restart to make it set up.. still if needed too I will do it and know how to (the only VN that actually requested it was little busters.. and after that I was able to play properly) VN downloaded on Fuwanovels? YES, all of them excepet clannad (which I think the source most likely took it from here.. but anyways) Any further information please ask.. I didnt put all the usual info since its just a question and I havent actually expirience any issue on WIN8.1 with the VNs... I think the anime had a well ending, we all knew he was going to end up with Touma in any case, I was looking for the IC since the anime was at episode 6, but there's no translation on english of it, and neither of CC.. I was so damn willing to read that VN 'cause if the anime was So good, then the Vn should be awesome.. that's exactly what I did, N' the .img file I used was the hi-res.rar one.. the problem it's not whether the novel runs or not, it's just that no matter where I put the novel, how many folders to specificate the path I create, no matter How specific I may be putting the path on the vnds.. the searcher will just say "no visual novels found on the following paths: - blah blah, t that's all By the way, I already have tried unistalling and installing again the vnds apk, wouldn't do neither... what I do think it's that, whether my cellphone just won't run it (no specific reason on mind) Or maybe I'm just putting the novel on the wrong folder, creating a extra folder shouldn't be there, and when put the path on the vnds as an alternative option, I do taht wrong too.. (by the way, the link you posted where the one I used to download tsukihime for vnds xd, and followed the steps written there ) EDIT: forget about the vnds problem, I found the path... as I though.. what I was doing wrong was specificating the path on the vnds, after trying some new I didn't yesterday I found out the correct one thanks anyways .. which leaves the problem with the onscripter crash-runing the same novel.. (but since I have it on vnds I don't mind that much anymore.. will try with another one and If not run the onscripter... I'm screwed)

Well, I did know about the specs of my cellph, but didn't think it was going to be a problem since I cant play Key novels here.. that aside, I cannot swipe from the left of the screen, neither the right.. nowhere actually, I tried.. there are no options about it, it does nothing... about vnds, yeah, i have just tried with tsukihime so far.. because I've never used vnds, I just used it as an alternal option to try and run tsukihime, But, .. of course I can try with another, tomorrow I will and tell you what's up with it EDIT> holding onto the buttom of app change, I made the menu came out, but the only options there are 'automode,skip,change speed, setting quit' when tried to change speed, nothing happened, the screen is still in black, the only think I am able to see is the tittle at the begining which says 'type moon' after that, everything goes black.. skipping doesn't work neither, automode neither..

Im running it on an alcatel one touch idol ultra, OS android 4.1.1 (I think, If not, its 4.2, ... most likely the 4.1, so take that) the sound what? increase what? how do I increase cycles? there's no option for that in the quick menu... and for the vnds... So what should I do, because I don't know, in the case of the vnds, what i am doing wrong..

Guys, I have a problem running Tsukihime. when I use onscripter to run it, it runs but stays in the title screen "type moon" and then everything goes black, but the novel still have it sounds, as if It were running normally.. and when I change it and download the Vnds version of tsukihime and try to run it with vnds interpreter, the interpreter says there's no VN found on storage, no matter how much I change the route of the files, or I change the routes of search of the interpreter..

Interesting, having xp to run this over.... I can divide my hard drive and install xp on the side disk and try out, but thqt would take me over a week for personal issues related to my college.. I can split them.. problem is my friend does not have net, so the only think I could do is split them into a. .rar file, with at least 2.5gb each and use my cellphone, or hers to pass it to her notebook EDIT: I haven't been able to divide My hard drive yet, but as soon as I do, I'll tell you, and tell you the results, if the vn ran when I tried on xp.

I think it's refering to version 9 of the graphics... and you're right, it should raise a message instead of dyiing that way... so may we assume the problem it's other then? (why I think it's version 9 and not support dirtxo9 it's the fact I can easily run other VN and other games which in terms of graphics are heavier than a VN... or does rewrite actually have that much of graphic content? ) if it does.. then the problem would end up being that of my hardware not supporting it... EDIT: Dear lord, I saw again that page.... my graphic card should support d9 completely.... I translate it and saw everything... as it says it should support d9... that was the problem to begin with (I think) maybe the reason a message doesn't shows its because I have all the software specs, values and everything dine, it's just that my GPU does not support D9..... Oh dear.. I think we got to a dead end here...

Yeah, anyways I need a notebook for My college, so I was going to buy one, No, I am going to buy one, but yep, as I said, I think this weekend I'll be able to prove it obn another pc to be sure

hahahaha, hey he, now, I know it's quite old, I already knew that, but when I had WXP I could support a more advance Dx.. indeed, my gpu (still the same) when checking on everest would have better values than now that i have the W7... (may that be the drivers?) EDIT: I know i have to buy a GPU.. problem is, i haven't bought one 'cause, with my Mother board, and all the problems findind the drivers i have had till now, I'm quite afraid buying one and having to even reinstall windows (It's quite a pain since it's a REAL pain find my sound drivers since THAT sound card it's PRETTY old though)... But as I said, in the past, just before getting my hand into W7 i used to have pretty much better values and support for my gpu, though it was the same hardware, not lying at all, I think that's a windows related problem since W7 consumes more thatn Xp (just my though) but.. even so.. I would be able to run any program, game or Vn so far with that values of mine, will that really be the problem? :/ --- If I update (though I already did some time in the past) wouldn't it... ? ---ah, and as I said before, remember I had a problem related to my gpu and a RAM that was broken that made the gpu crashed and got lowered it's specs... Mmmm, destktop PC, right now I'm not in my house so, when I get home I'll edify but Specs are 32bits Windows7 1.5ram 3 2ghz processor The GPU I'll check it out on Everest to see it's specs, same with sound values It's a dell optiplex GX270 May I ask why would it be that siglos is not recognizing my hardware? As far as I know I haven't had any hardware problem with other visual novels, games, programs.. may I just have bad luck?

have Ccleaner already, though i haven't clean the PC for like two weeks I think... I have a certain problem uninstalling My sound driver.. See, My sound card (I mean, the hardware) It's an pretty old one, To get the drivers of it it's PRETTY difficult, i have not a back up of them ('cause it doesn't matter If I do one, My pc will just like delete them) and when I got my hands on windows 7, i got it without any sound drivers (the one whom helped me out didn't find the drivers neither on google), I was even going to call my dad (he's kinda a programmer) to tell him to change my OS and get me the drivers, but suddenly, windows itself updated the sound drive and voila, I have it, But I think this time I won't be this lucky.. so I would prefer not uninstalling that.. (I mean, I know they had a driver, I didn't meant i couldn't, I was kinda talking about of what i said above 'bout the sound card, but with the GPU as well, but not exactly the same, It's easy to find My gpu drivers though, but I think even If I do a back up, uninstall and install, I'll have a problem with the gpu, My pc it's kinda complicate in that aspect, the one whom knows why it's my dad, since he was the one who built it and never told me why it was so difficult to make the drivers work on my pc, excluding the reason of the sound card, as I already said it above) I'll pass Ccleaner and tell you the results of everything I'm downloading the directx june 2010 EDIT: I tried with the shorten path, didn't worked neither Just finish with the directx 2010, installation and everything, didn't make the Siglus run neither EDIT: just before doing it, Shall i, on Ccleaner, activate the option which says "archivos de registro IIS" .. etto, on english would be "register files from IIS" on advanced options from the files to clean up.. ? I did disable the virus scanner of my pc and tried out; and as I said, The friend of mine whom is going to let me install it on her PC doesn't have internet so cannot download it, and neither her nor I have a 6+gb USB to pass it throught :/ But as I said, I think I'll get my hands on one at the end of this week and try out on hers PC, and my other friend whom can help me out lives too far so.. it's not an option, and I just asked a cousin and he told me his PC has not hard drive right now, So I cannot in his (so many problems just to try out something, mades me laught and feel unlucky at the same time x_X) and about the AVs, you know, i just google it, 'cause i didn't know what was that, and when read about it, No, I think I have not any AVs and I'm with you when you say it might be my own windows problem not wanting to run teh SiglusE.. (Though it's weird since I got some VN and can run it without any problems, even without having locale on japanesse, they run, though for rewrite i did put it on japanesse)

Mmmm, before downloading again, the second think I did was patching it, amaterasu's patch, and didn't work neither, I now have a "new rewrite" that I still haven't patched just in case, but shall I try patching the new one as well? though in the old one, the first I download I mean, never worked? (I got the partial patch, to tell you) (i have directx, updated, since long ago I think) EDIT: Just something that came up to my mind, shall I try putting the savedata folder on the same folder were rewrite is instead of the documents folder -- key -- rewrite -- savedata? or moving rewrite to that folder? I mean, If the siglus create a folder on documents for the savedata files not giving a care where the rewrite is, maybe putting everything in the same folder might work? ... maybe the second option, moving everything to "rewrite" where the savedata folder is, instead moving the savedata folder... what do you think? PS: I haven't try on my friends computer 'cause she got no internet right now to download it and neither of us have a USB with more thant 7GB... So right now I can't pass it to hers pc, but I think on the week, maybe near to thuesday or friday I might get my hands on a USB of 8GB.

already delete them (teh rewrite ones, I have other novel's savedata folders) but they're not on the "documents" folder, they're directly on C:/ and have like three folders before gettiong to them then I supposed creating a new savedata folder on documents for rewrite, am I wrong? which, per say, did not have to since when trying opening the siglus after deleting the rwrite savedata folder, it create a new one... So.. Nop, didn't work

erasing all the savedata folders and/or files I have from my PC you mean? or deleting all the savedata folders and/or files that have any conections with rewrite?

Well! As I thought, redownloading the file wouldn't make it Run, of course, locale japanesse, Run .bat, wouldn't run, so run reg and reg32 and runing rewrite_reg.bat then, watting, and TaDAAAN, the same as when the first rewrite i downloaded, siglus Engine won't react at me. I haven't tried any of the solutions posted on the forum yet with this new rewrite because I want it to be virgen still, just in any case, but anyways, nothing I do seems to work out... (and yes, I do have "documens---key---rewrite---savedata" folder). Imma cry if I cannot play this Now I'm just going to try it on my friends PC and see what happens... and sorry for the troubles guys

Yea, I finish downloading the novel, again, just about now, so Imma compress and pass it to my friends PC so I can try over and see, but in any cases, before it, i want to know If I may delete the reg files on regedit that are from the previous novel, and IDk, the previous did not have any corripted files nor missing files, but still...

May you guys tell me where to find the 2004 version for clannad? I have the full voice and, yea the voices are heard, but the text is corrupted... and i cannot find the pretty pretty old version of the seen.txt for clannad.. Well, in any cases, runing the .bat never worked for me, and after downloading and succesfully opening the rewrite_reg.bat (since make_rewrite_work2 never worked for me) the sigulusEngine never openned, neither with my avast off nor runing as adm, no currupted files, no missing files, tried every possible solution on the forum, nothing.. it's like negating itself to open no matter what I do (Though I'm downloading again, I hardly think that is the problem) and the reg files are well located (I mean, the directory) so...

Yea, actually, the plot caught up my attention from the first time i read it.. That's Why I'm so frustrated it doesn't work; the download it's on 30% already and, What you said, trying to play it on a likely hardrive (I was going to do it, in a friend of mine PC) And, the VN, I downloaded from fuanovels from the begining Luch -- (No corrupted or missing file on the torrent) (No incomplete downloaded neither) By the way, let me ask, just because caught up my attetiong what Ditto said; does running the rewrite_r4 patch first and then opening the .bat have any diferences on it than opening first the .bat and THEN the rewrite_r4? maybe I could try that (Or maybe that's what I did, Don't remember correctly, I think I openned the .bat didn't work, so I applied the patch and tried again, and nothing neither, but in any meanings, downloaded and tried with the rewrite_reg.bat and nothing) thanks everyone for your answers

well, My first post, I did not edit it, I just Organized the information a lil bit (like putting the game's name, and specifying the "description of the problem") well, anyways.. yea, i cooled off, sorry x_x it's just, that it's frustrating, trying up all the solutions that have came up on the forums (and on google.. other pages) and with no results... Indeed I'm downloading again, but.. I want to try fixing this one because If I have the same problem after finishing the Redownloading... then, what then? But, If the problem is something else, then trying figuring out first, would be best, that's why, even If I haven't finish the download.. trying alternative solutiosn May help a lot...
