I somehow managed to play it by changing it to 8 bits. But only in full-screen. Any idea how to launch it in windowed?

So it's pretty ridiculous story. I was nearing the end of the first route, and there was this cool CG, where all party lifts their swords into sky. I wanted to make jpg out of it, so I full-screened and then...it was over. I restarted my pc, and when I tried to lanuch it again, something like this appeared Can I do something at all? Because it was just before end and it was such a pain to reach it too...

For some reason I find boss battles easier than regular fights with Minions. I'm doing second mission of Magic World now, and Jesus...what's up with this labyrinth. But I'm writing because I wanted to ask - what's the best order of routes?
