I'm very proud of it. I'm actually trying to expand it into a PHD project nowadays, with mixed results, but I should be able to pull it off with sheer persistence (even if I'm too dumb to create an actual academic career for myself). :3

That's like the definition of fetishism though. Sexual fixation on an object or theme than doesn't even have to be in any way connected to sex for an average person. It's often hard to identify where some of them come from (meaning when and how you pick them up), but it's only normal that most of them won't do anything for you.
I wrote my master's thesis on fan pornography, mostly in My Little Pony fandom and Sir, I can tell you, there are literally no limits on what things people are capable of fapping to.

Also while this is not a 100% save, this save those let you skip over the rapish stuff and follow all nicer routes (though i honestly have no idea what i'm missing, i'm at 99% witch HCG and 98% with the scenes), i thought some might be interested in such a thing, personally i recommend this route:

To the Future (get rapey, but its not at a point where the MC is evil, but a struggle for him and Proxy for him to keep his humanity and for her to keep her sanity, this one is more about the characters on fate of the empire then they're personal story).

I'm a big fan of Koiken Otome and its fandisk, and feel like the fandisk deserves a TL. It doesn't seem like FlyingPantsu plans on TLing this game, so I figured I'd go ahead and do it myself. I'm completely finished with the translation work on my previous project, so I have been looking for a new game to pick up, and this seems perfect for me at the moment, with my interest in the game and my current Japanese skill level taken into account.
My initial plan is to translate the new routes first, which is Chiharu, Chiyoda and Minato's routes. The rest, (Kotona + the main heroine after routes,) I will leave for last, meaning there might be 2 patches released at different times, 1 for the new routes and 1 for the rest of the game. Keep in mind this plan might change down the line, if I get more translators or if I simply change my mind etc.
 
Progress:
I just started, so not much have been done yet. Thanks to @Porygon2 I have the scripts extracted, an overview of the line count and tools to work in. (Thanks a lot, you are a lifesaver!) 
I'm doing this as a side project next to my Japanese studies at uni, so I will have limited amounts of time each week to work on the project. Luckily, the game isn't too long. Although the total amount of lines is 27k, the three new routes I'm starting with only make up 12k of those, which is a lot more managable on my current schedule.
I will be making updates kind of when I feel like it, although I plan on doing at least 1 a month.
 
Recruitment:
As of right now, I am not recruiting anyone. I will be looking for QCers in the future, when the TL and editing % reaches a certain point, and I will also be looking for a TLC later on. I will post an update when the recruitment for these positions starts.
 
That's about it. I am starting with Minato's route, which is about 5k lines, then I'll do Chiharu and Chiyoda.

That was the plan, and I do want to get it done, but uni over here in Japan is keeping my quite busy.

I only have 2000 lines to go, so it's just a matter of finding the time to finish it up.

Okay, time for some real talk.

I am currently very busy IRL. Something has come up that is keeping me rather occupied, and that will be the case for all of August. I'll spare you the details of what this is, but it's very important to me, and takes priority over my hobbies.

Anyways, because of this, I can't get all that much TL work done on this project during this time. And on top of that, I'm going to Japan in September to study abroad, and will be there for half a year. I am not sure how my internet situation will be over there, and I also don't know how much free time I'll have. So, this obviously means, TL progress will start to slow down. A lot.

Now, this does not mean I'm going to abandon this project. I still plan on finishing this, though as you can probably tell, I can't meet a 2017 deadline, since I'll have my hands full for the next 6 months.

For the moment, my plan is this:

I will do my absolute best to get the Minato route fully TLed before I leave for Japan. Or I will at the very least get it finished after a bit of time in Japan. I only have 2700 lines remaining on that, so it won't require all that much time. I will definitely aim for a 2017 release for Minato's route, at the very least.

After that though, I might have to put off the rest of the routes for a while. If I do happen to have a lot of free time in Japan, I'll definitely start TLing when I'm there. But, my studies comes first, so if I find myself with very little free time, I can't exactly throw away my degree just to get this TL done a little faster.

Which means, worst case scenario, Minato's route comes out, and I'll have to put the project on hiatus until Febuary of 2018, when I get back to Norway again.
 
I don't know what I'll be thinking 6 months from now, but at the moment, I definitely want to finish this project, even if it takes a long time.
I'll keep you updated on how the TL is going throughout of August, and will make one final update before I leave for Japan. (That update will hopefully be me hitting the 100% mark on Minato's route, but I can't make any promises.)

On that note, I just hit 40% TL on Minato's route. Currently translating the cutest part of her whole route. (Already shared this CG on twitter, but for those who do not follow me there:)

Considering the usual novels i play for me H-scenes are nothing more then love scenes, if i notice there isn't anything relevant plot wise included i just skip them after i'm satisfied enough of the two characters showing there love for one another.

Okay i just finished Princess X and i need to clarify/change a few things originally said by Akshay (while keeping it as spoiler free as possible):

It seems that this extra ending scene is unlocked after finishing all the routes or if your final route is one of the 2 harem options (Harem World or Fiancess forever) i got it with both of them. If your confused what i mean by final route, basically what i mean is this: 
 
There are 11 routes in this novel so basically if you did 10 out the 11 routes and your final (11th) route left is either Harem World or Fiancess forever this extra scene will unlock, and will play hench forth every time you finish one of the two harem routes.
 
 
As for my final thoughts... well... I absolutely loved The Power of a Kiss route, and its the reason why i do not regret sincying time in this novel, i got nothing to complain with that route. 
As for the rest, i don't actually consider it bad, there where some interesting twists, but sometimes the novel did try to seem way to deep but with to little effort put into it, and i could have certainly enjoyed it more if it didn't force me through the bad endings to enjoy some of the good parts of it, the problem is that even while it did had some interesting elements in and of itself its not something i was interested in to be honest, that doesn't mean its bad, but it just sort of creates a discrepancy between what you expect when playing it and what you actually get, especially with Lady... a route with her was the second most expected thing in the novel for me...
But even if i'm repeating myself The Power of a Kiss route made it all worthwhile for me (though i probably should have stopped there), the game and following down that route felt great!
 
PS: Naja as a kid was one of the cutest things ever >.< :

 

I got it while I was trying to replay the finances forever ending. When I tried picking Yuuki right, I was taken to "the promise" ending.
This happened after I cleared every other ending in the game. Further it is mentioned on the otaku lair walkthrough, that this ending is only unlocked after clearing every other ending.
Probably, after clearing all endings, the next playthrough will get you this, regardless of choices. I am not sure though. Confirm this, if/when you get this ending please.

After every translated monster girl game, something dies inside me.
Either its monster girls raping you violently like in monster girl quest or its this kind of twisted shit.

Princess X is a running joke I hope you're not taking the game seriously, as it literally twists the stereotypes and was made in a way to fuck the fanbase.
That said, it's not your classic galgame with routes, it has a scenario system based on the choices you make, which lead you to respective endings.

I looked up a japanese walkhtrough when the game came out and just droped the game after. That wakthrough basically gave me an A and B routes and the different endings you can get during the routes. At the start you pick Naja by default (this is the point I looked it up). Just by the walkthrough and what I read somewhere, this game doesn't have the basic "make choices lock on to heroine and go down her route" style, as SeniorBlitz said it has scenarios that focuses on heroines. They had a good slice of life with monstergirls story going at the start but fucked it up completely. Hell the spidergril doesn't even get a normal ending even though he is featured as a main heroine.

This answer will probably have some spoilers (as you have asked about ending types.) However, I will keep them to a minimum.
The game is garbage and you are probably playing it for the PLOT, so its probably fine. 
The game follows an ending system, where you end up with heroines/according to the scenario.
Harem world -> Inconclusive harem ending + Saki
The power of a kiss -> Nadja ending (Good ending)
The monstrous emperor -> Nadja and her mother ending. You are evil but not cruel. (you actually love nadja, somewhat twistedly)
To the future -> Nadja and proxima ending. Inconclusive (he marries neither). There is torture rape and cruelty in this chapter.
A world without Shinichi -> Same ending as above, except shinchi just dies instead of ending with them. The title is pretty self explanatory.
Desire unleashed -> Evil version of the to the future route. i.e. you torture and rape as much as you can. 
Fiancees forever -> Another inconclusive end where he can't decide who to marry so stays fiances with everyone.
An unorthodox love -> He falls in love with the robot princesses maid-cylinder, and basically fucks a metal hole. Its very weird.
A love steeped in lies -> Robot princess ending (Komadori) Somewhat good ending.
The ruler of an empire -> Nadja and her mother ending, where he corrupts them by making them eat ice-cream
Who is the true monster? -> Yandere childhood friend ending. Seriously disturbing shit. (Bad End)
The promise -> Final ending. Everyone promised in the past to marry MC.
NOTE: The MC never loves the spider girl and vice versa. It can be argued that she is not a major heroine. She doesn't get much screen time. They never have sex. She is not NTR'd. She runs off with someone she actually loves.
Also your walkthrough is not adapted perfectly. Though you have used the * to indicate the other choice in different routes, you have in actuality written the same choice list for multiple routes. For example, You have written the To The Future Route and A World Without Shinchi exactly the same. Choice 16 is the diverging point where you need to select go to the torture chamber,. I am unable to comment there, so I have mentioned it here. 
Overall, this game is very average and you would probably be doing yourself a favour by skipping it.

While the protagonist is definitely sadistic, he cares in his own twisted way. He undergoes a lot of torture (physical, rather than sexual) to try and save them.
P.S. Just finished reading Princess X. The childhood friend is a yandere twisted, sadistic and evil. I hated the route and everything about it, but it might be what you are looking for.
Note: she is perfectly willing to brutalise the protagonist as well, so it's not being "overprotective"

Youko is serious, pragmatic, over protective and can get violent.
Touko seems to hate the protagonist at first, but she's a jealous tsundere. She's very emotionally unstable.
Kiri says that she'll kill the protagonist (not kidding) multiple times.
There's actually more stuff, but it's better to find for yourself
 

Thanks for explaining it, i guess its not what i'm looking for, while i certainly enjoy the eyecandy, when it comes to vn i'm mainly in it for the story, romance and characters, even as far as nukige go, so it seems that starless ain't for me.

Then, I'll second Ange's suggestion of Cross Channel. I think you'll like it! It's translation is understandable, it just doesn't convey pretty well what was in the original...
 
And you're right about that. One brutal ending aside, he's not bad in the heroines' endings. Don't judge euphoria just bc of this start, you'll understand when you play it
