It's the place that Nohman posted. But, you can't save on battles of any kind, you know? are you perhaps trying to save in the middle of a fight?

Your image is broken.
Saving is Sengoku Rance is as follows: You click "system" and afterwards "save". After that, you should be redirected to a place with some green books, the save will have happened automatically.
That's how it usually goes, at least.

Kamidori is the one I played true it is kinda more of a turn based strategy, and if you are looking for more classic (western type) of RPG only with anime style graphics there is Sword Art Online but it is not yet fully translated.

Otherwise I have no idea what you mean. Or do you mean like anime-styled game that are not VNs but are actual gameplay games? There is lot of platformers and rpgs and stuff like that.
