So some of you might have seen this thread a while back talking about a piece of software that I had written, to keep track of your visual novels. Unfortunately, it was fairly buggy, and it didn't support eroge from other sources as well.
I am working on creating a new and improved version of this software from scratch, but I want requests from communities such as this one for features that they would like to see in it. I'm trying to make it something that people here would enjoy and use. So I am asking for input on any features that anyone would like, and I will do my best to add the features as I program it. I REALLY need input for features I should add regarding DLsite games, since I have no experience with those games. Since the DLsite Game Manager is now open source, I am now able to add features from that program into mine. So if there are any features from the GameManager you enjoyed, ask. Those features should be the fastest to add.

I didn't like any of the endings to 11eyes except for the kikuji
kikokugai also ended in a very lame and bad way and honestly hated the explanation for why the main antagonist did what he did.

To begin with, I love Kaguya, she changed my name.
So, for the name change, I was previously Kiso and that name meant particularly nothing to me. It could had been Kiso from KC or just 基礎。
And now my new name is Hayashi, my first reading for my name, はやし＝＞林
So nice to meet you all again, please call me Hayashi from now on.

Project Introduction
I finished watching the Aokana anime aaaages ago and thought it ended a little abruptly but was too lazy to do anything about it. Recently, I discovered source material for stuff wasn't actually that scary so I looked for the Aokana source. I found out it was a VN and while looking for a translation found this which seems to be pretty much abandoned. Because I was bored I thought it'd be fun to see if I could at least extract the CGs and have a look. At the same time I came across the scripts and posted on that comment thread that I might be able to do something.
Albert, another guy on the thread, came and dumped most of the intro to chapter 1, so I thought I'd look into putting it back in the game. It worked.
So we don't really have a team name or anything but I figured I'd put something here in case the Wordpress gets taken down or something.
Not going to hype you up with false promises and tell you we'll get to the end or anything, just thought I'd share what we have since I haven't seen anything so far.

I took what Albert's done so far and compiled it into an ARC so you can actually play it. Just take data01100.arc from that link and dump it in the game folder. Bam. Intro is now in English. Albert's working on the rest of Chapter 1 now.

I have no interest in keeping the technical stuff I figured out secret or anything (I mostly hacked other people's scripts anyways) but it's a mess so I'd rather clean it up a bit before I make it available to anyone.

Basically, post a pic along with the name of a character(can be from anywhere really, but please try to avoid mega plot /twist spoiler characters)  and put under it something like "hero or villain?". Then just post the answer around it, (in a spoiler tag of course). You can also give some reasoning behind your answer and/or give a link to the characters page/wiki etc if you want to as well. basically, it has 5 routes on first walkthrough. at the end, u save the data to continue to harder mode(normal also can). at 2nd time, there is one true route added which is, well, u will know it soon. Choices: 1 point
Boss Battles: 1 Point per Heroine in Party with Nozomu
MVP: 5 Points
Heart Battles: 1 Point per Heroine in party with Nozomu
Izumo Shrine choices: 2 Points on selected Heroine (Narukana not available)
Helping Narukana up in dream: 20 points (2nd run onwards only, you must avoid getting more points or equal with other heroines. TESTED. Its fun testing with L89 characters in Normal mode. *_*)
Its ok to let Nozomu or any other character besides Heroines get MVPs. The game decides which girl you get for total points selected. the girl can have like 5 points only and you can still get her route as long as the others are below her. If she ties, it follows a priority system. If there is a tie, the girl on the top of the priority system gets the route:
1. Satsuki
2. Nozomi
3. Ruputna
4. Katima
5. Naya
6. Narukana
The events with Nozomi in chapter 6 and Satsuki in Chapter 8 do NOT decide if you are on their route, and are actually part of the story.
Also note that during the first trip into town in the alternate world, Nozomu will go to town with the girl with the highest affection aside from Satsuki and Nozomi and there will be a short event. THIS EVENT also does NOT decide that you are on that girl’s route, it just tells you who is where on the affection ladder, Priority is as follows:
1. Ruputna
2. Katima
3. Naya
If you are however going for these girls, and you get their event, then its a good sign, however if you are going for Satsuki or Nozomi, it doesn’t mean its panic time, your Satsuki or Nozomi may still be on top, just that you’ll get to know who is rank 2 or 3 at that point.
Why bother you ask?
Simple, this means its your LAST chance if you decide you don’t want to go Satsuki’s or Nozomi’s route, all you have to do is have Nozomu pair with the desired girl and take the longer route in the 1st Izumo battle, which is loaded with Heart battles. Make sure you get the MVp for her and you’re set.
This of course, applies if your Nozomi and or Satsuki hasn’t been intensely raking up affection points like crazy (every boss fight, mvp, every heart battle from Chapter 1-7, choices directed 100% to them only etc). If that’s the case, you’re screwed. xD

Not sure if you guys are aware, but I think VN/Dating sim fans would enjoy the "Witch Trainer" and "Princess Trainer Gold Edition" by Akabur. They're like many of the training games out there with the emphasis on turning pure characters into more or less whores. The first being Hermione from Harry Potter and the second being Princess Jasmine.

None of Kajitsu/Fruit's ends are cliffhangers since the sequels follow a non-existent harem route. Basically, it's a very complete experience.
However, I would say that although the protagonist is a bit of a pragmatist, Grisaia doesn't really qualify here. It never questions Yuuji's righteousness.

I also second the Saya no Uta suggestion. It's brilliantly written and makes it very hard to decide what's morally good or bad.
And good old G-Senjou has some greyish areas too of course.
A lesser known title with some more philosophical depth would be Suika AS. It looks just moe on the outside, but there's more than meets the eye.
Tokyo Babel also has some deeper philosophical backgrounds even if I still find its execution deeply flawed.
