A thriller-themed story driven linear visual novel with some gameplay elements allowing you to interact freely with characters, clues and locations to offer a deepest comprehension of the story.

Due to the story structure, it's nigh impossible to tell the story without spoilers, hence for now only a small "outline" can be shared :
The hero is Susumu Tokunaga, a substitute teacher back to his hometown for what might be his final course as he becomes unwilingly involved in a series of dissapearances and grisly murders.

Hi!
Recently I have been creating a new world to set stories in. I am creating a series of shorter games and comics exploring this world.  While I am not completely done, I feel as though your feedback would be very much welcome. I want to include you peeps in the development process. 
What is it?
Rooted follows a town built on top of a giant creature wandering through the world. 

The town is mostly self sufficient - they grow crops and trees on the creature, harvest the giant fur to sew clothes and other materials, and mine the horns of the creature to create more sturdy things such as weapons and foundations.
Every once in a while, the creature ceases its endless trot to slumber. For a short while, the giantfolk can visit the ground to trade and mingle before the creature wakes up. 
To the people living on the creature there are two worlds. The familiar and constant soft and furry world of the town set in the fur of the creature, and the ever changing, moving world of the ground. The world of the ground is always different , forever changing as the creature continues walking onwards. The creature folk are forever moving this way, but also forever rooted to the creature.
Intent
I want to explore how life on the creature is. To explore their world and use that in context of my own worldview to gain a better understanding of myself. 
Does the townfolk ever feel trapped? Do their youth run away to the unknown ground world? Does the town traditionally reproduce with people from the ground world to increase their gene pool? What does the ground world think of the creature? What if a city is trampled down, does people get angry and what do they do about it? What happens when they meet another creature with a townt? What if their giant is a predator, for example a spider? 
Those are some potential plotlines set in this world. For now I am still creating the world and establishing just how it works though!

Hello ! I'm Gaikonaiko and I am 16. I'm interested in Visual Novels since several years now,and I joined Fuwanovel because I want to translate (well,at least port,since My knowledge in Japanese is very limited,and I am French) console visual novels in English,because I think it's really great to play Visual Novels on the go. So,nice to meet you all !

I don’t know what the average age of visual novel fanatics is.  At 38 I’m probably tilting heavily on the wrong side of it, but soldiering on with my passions regardless.

I’ve been something of an anime fan for over ten years now but in the last few years I’ve been struggling to keep up with the explosion of new series and I’ve found dipping casually into past classics is just as rewarding as voraciously devouring everything.  I’ve always enjoyed an eclectic range of stuff – I think –and my favourite shows have ranged from Cowboy Bebop, Evangelion and Rurouni Kenshin (that recent movie – glorious!)  to Haruhi Suzamiya, Bakemonogatari, Sailor Moon and Revolutionary Girl Utena.  At one point in my life I thought I’d watched quite a lot, but actually I’ve barely scratched the surface.

I’ve been itching to get into Visual Novels for years but the poor availability of translations as well as the time factor put me off a bit – I had other doorstop books to read like Game of Thrones.  I tried getting into Light Novels but they don’t feel any fresher than western ones.  Visual Novels, however, are a different beast entirely and although I’ve so far only read a few– older ones like Eve: Burst Error and Divi-Dead - I’m fascinated by what the form can do, who there’s a need to approach the narrative differently from a written novel (again, I’ve read so many, I still love them but are less drawn to them) and the way one approaches reading them, in-between a book and a TV show, makes for a markedly different but just as rewarding experience.  Anyway, because, like most people, I like writing about my experiences with new things, I’ve decided to try and read VNs a little systematically so that I can see how they’ve progressed over time and to blog my thoughts as I go along – I’m not just going to read older VNs though because that would stupidly ignore the fact that we’re probably in the golden age right now … the only more recent VN I’ve read is Planetarian which was formally and experientially much stronger than the others that I’ve read.

Anyway, hi!  I look forward to contributing a few thoughts and hopefully helping to bring VNs to the West.

Hello there. My name is Konpeki Umi, well it's my pen name to be exact. I'm a writer who loves to read books, especially light novels since I find them an interesting read. I plan to write a book myself someday.
I joined Fuwanovel because I have an interest in visual novels too, and I would like to share my thoughts on them here since there's not a lot of people I know I can actually talk about them to without receiving awkward stares. While I haven't read any visual novels yet, the closest one I've played to a visual novel is Hyperdimension Neptunia. There are a couple that peaked my interest like Fate/Stay Night, If My Heart Had Wings, The Fruit of Grisaia, and the Umineko series, and I would like to read those when I can actually afford them.
Hopefully you don't mind if I share my writing works on this site. I would like some feedback on my works so I can better improve on my writing skills. It would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Okay, im not gay, im bisexual, but I have fallen in love with another guy for the first time ever and its mutual.
its pretty wierd tbh, but it feels really great, the feeling of loving another and getting the same love in return is amazing no matter what gender the other person is.
Granted its someone on the internet so I wont make anything public untill we meet in real life.
Oh yeah I also found a love for crossdressing and im so happy that I can express myself like this and that I finally found out how happy this makes me.
