Hello, this isnt really me asking for a recommendation perse...but I didnt know where else to make this thread and its driving me insane ;__;
 
Ive been looking for this VN on vndb for 2 hours trying all the different tags and nothing...
 
Its a VN where the protagonist is a really powerful hero(yuusha) that was summoned from another world
 
it starts I believe when he starts going to school in that world and during the assembly(??) his former companion and girlfriend ( she broke up with him because of blackmail from some evil group or something) who is also a hero in that world appears and declares she hasnt given up on him and suddenly kisses him
 
this yuusha heroine is short, pettanko and has long silver/white hair

tl;dr Because of people making fraudulent purchases in order to obtain Steam Keys and re-sell them, MangaGamer has been forced to remove their Steam Key offers for the foreseeable future until a better solution comes.
It really sucks that people pull this kind of shit off.
On top of that, because of the currently existing chargeback policies, whoever is returning the money is always on the losing end no matter what they do.
I totally understand and agree with MG's move here and I even sympathize with them, but it's still sad I won't be able to get a Steam key to give to a friend (or giveaway) whenever I buy a game from them anymore.
Really hope this helps mitigate the damage for them though.

I have one and I am currently writing it as a light novel (only the prologue so far). Not sure if I should share it here due to fear of plagiarism. But I guess a summary wouldn't hurt.
Science vs Sorcery
In 2326, Earth was invaded by an alien invasion force know as Vars. Facing extinction, humanity resorted to their final option, a galactic vessel called "The Ark" to flee from Earth before it becomes fully occupied. With roughly 2700 people aboard The Ark, the humans went on a long journey to find a planet across countless galaxies where they could live in peace and possibly rebuild so they can reclaim Earth again from its conquerors.
Arriving on a planet similar to Earth after 32 years and 1286 people still living, they found a new ray of hope to thrive, however, there were already denizens in this planet and surprisingly, they could understand the same languages that the humans can speak. They also possess unique talents which humans can relate to as sorcery or magic. The original denizens of the planet welcomed the Earthlings with open arms and they exchanged all their wealth of knowledge and resource with each other. The Earthlings managed to rebuild their home, their culture, and their lifestyle and they also adapted to the new ways of life presented to them.
The story follows Raynor, an 21 year old man born from 1st generation Earthlings after 30 years of human occupation of the new planet the denizens call "Myarlis". Earthlings focused on rebuilding and improving their technology with the new resources of the planet so they can reclaim Earth again. Raynor becomes one of the lead engineers of the reclamation project. He was also curious of the "magical power" of the Myarlisians, so he begins his quest to learning more about this so he can combine both the power of science and sorcery to combat the Vars and make Earth theirs again.

I haven't played that third one but the first two i agree they're my favorites, didn't know their names before now though

I've been playing visual novels for a couple of years now, and although I cant remember the first visual novel I read, I do remember one of them being Grisaia. I'll play anything that has an interesting story and cute girls. c:
I try to buy my visual novels even if I have to import them, its just that I don't like the idea of stealing someone else's works. ;_;
I've always have a massive passion for music and always had an interest in writing music for video games. I usually write electronic/contemporary music or anything that I feel like doing. Genres isn't really something I necessarily pay attention to. If it sounds good, its good!

Awesome! Yeah, I am hoping Doom 4 will turn out to be awesome and is a game I can devote heaps of hours into. Already keen to try and beat it on max difficulty, and I want to mess around with their map creation tool as well.

Same here...in my eyes that was the golden age of FPS...they were so amazing...i've played about all Duke Nukem's (even forever T.T)  I've played all the DOOM games (Still play Doom 3 BFG) and i adore quake and shadow warrior aswell (waiting for SW 2 which was announced and is in production..redux and the new one were great too)  As for Quake.. The original one, Quake II, Then Quake III Arena one of the best multiplayer FPS  of it's time and still well and alive to this day...Quake IV even if it had a lot of issues i still enjoyed  it for what it was.
The point being I'm super hyped for DOOM 4 after seeing all the information and E3 gameplay footage..i just hope they will do the franchise justice as it deserves so we can all enjoy our Doom Dose.
PS: I still have my original Quake III Arena ^^
