I seriously don't know when I'll finally get to it, but they still supposedly didn't rid the game of all the bugs. I'm doing Gare and Conju a great disservice, but better safe than sorry :leecher:

All of the games from the list above are also far more interesting 👌

Aren't all of these the excuses you use to prioritize reading our lovely degenerate games?

The purpose of language is all about communication and clarity. You shouldn't associate the very core of your identity over the definition of a word, because it's totally arbitrary.

When my head does loops trying to understand if you're "Proxvir" or "Vocigender" it does nothing but make it harder for us to understand each other as people.

If the very idea of something is non-objective, then I don't understand why: > Calling an agender person a "she" feels as bad as calling a cis male a "she".
and: > a cis male, being taken to a female dorm, with female clothes and called by a female name.
    ...are such cataclysmic social sins.

If the purpose of gender is to make communication easy, then we should stick to the things that nature has prescribed us, because there IS a level of truth to it.

If the purpose of gender is something to identify as, it shouldn't be something completely void and meaningless. I identify you as a person by the way you act, the way you think, and the way you conduct yourself. It's what makes us human beings. These gender pronouns and identifications are about as superficial as it gets.

Feel free to call me a "she" on the street, because the only time my gender really matters is if a doctor is asking to stick his finger up my ass.

Let's keep language simple, so that we can work towards real problems.

  3. Agh, what a shame....I had hopes that they'd follow up HuniePop with something better... but all the reviews for this game that I've seen are pretty much alike :amane: I'm not really into grinding and will never be one of those types of people, that being said I do hope that whoever does find it enjoyabe gets to have their fun with this one.

Hope they make something better for their next one. If they even make a next one

Great job with the article though :sachi:

  4. I think I've said it in some other post a while back...While I do love a lot of things that they make/produce, be it gaming, cooking, music or cultural I'll also acknowledge how many flaws it has as a culture and country, like any other society.

Personally I have plans to go visit Japan and see everything I can first hand, I think the most beneficial thing is the process of sharing...in which you can adapt to a culture and embrace the things you see fit and vice versa for the other culture that may adapt to things from your own culture. There's no such thing as a perfect society or culture and Japan is no different or exception to that rule, they have and do many fucked up things but still just like you said if I were to live elsewhere rather than where I live now my first choice would be Japan for many reasons.

My thoughts are mixed aswell because while I recognize the good things Japan has to offer and has given already aswell as their history and traditions, I can also see the flip side of the coin with all it's very own set of fucked up issues.

Interesting question though, I'm eager to see how others respond to it.
