  1. Yeah, this particular part was pretty creepy.
  2. Well, I guess I'll wait before they release the update, though maybe I should consider a refund. No more kickstarters, I guess.
  3. Actually, this vndb tag means something different from what you wanted. Though Nasuverse still works, kind of.
  4. Tell that to Youtube recommendation feed. Though, seriously, I don't really like how memefied this game became. I like DDLC, but I feel like it gets way too much attention. Especially considering that there are hundreds of better vns which aren't even noticed by general community.
  5. Well, you can always try the demo like I did. I'm reading this vn right now, and though I still haven't finished the prologue, so far it looks pretty great. At the same time, it's probably one of the most slow-paced vns I've ever read, so it might be boring for some people. Before you get tired of them...
  6. I'd say, the easiest solution would be not to play the game in fullscreen.
  7. SeaBed wasn't really discussed, at least, not the game itself. I'm reading it right now, and it looks pretty awesome so far.
  8. Happy New Year! It did. Here in 2018, aliens looking like cute 2D girls attacked Earth. Celebrate while you still can.
  9. I'd say, Muv-Luv Alternative should work well, but it also requires finishing the original Muv-Luv first, which is basically the opposite from what you want.
  10. For some reason, the name of the game in the saves folder is still in Japanese, so it may be related to that for some reason. Maybe you should try switching to Japanese locale and see if it improves anything. Though it works fine on my PC without that. They have holidays right now (I think?), so try again later. Edit. By the way, what exactly do you mean by 'install'? My version of the game didn't need installation, I could just unpack it in some folder and start playing.
  11. Well, I've mentioned them to some people, but I usually leave out more juicy details, if you know what I mean. It's not like I read VNs for these details anyway. As for the people who actually know what VNs are, then one person. Also, I think another person might've looked them up, we never discussed that. It's not like I care that much anyway.
  12. Higurashi doesn't have any explicit romance (not with the protagonist, at least), but it's pretty cute before disturbing stuff starts to happen. There are several yandere characters. The art style depends on what version you play.
  13. And it's quite a common mistake, I think. ~~~~ I personally haven't really played any VNs with imouto routes except for Tsukihime, but yeah, it's great, and I agree with the recommendations for it.
  14. Not a nukige, but it could as well be. I've recently read a light-novel where a guy grew a second dick to have better sexual experience. And it also included an immortal young girl exterminating the whole city, because due to her ridiculous skills every person who saw her wanted to have sex with her before both her and them died (and she can't die, remember?) And she also leveled up to a ridiculous degree in the process. And she is also a genderbent male. WTF, Japan? And it isn't even a 18+ light-novel.
  15. That's correct. I'd say, in my experience, the number of great and interesting professors was much greater than the number of complete inadequates.
  16. Believe me, he wasn't. I'd love to see that face. Coming to think of it, I've met a lot of strange lecturers and instructors at university, starting with the sadists who try to destroy the students mentally, and finishing with the devoted believers in pseudoscientific theories who liked to talk about them endlessly at the lectures instead of actually teaching things. And I was still pretty lucky, by the way.
  17. Ah, sorry, I should've checked that. But still, it looks somewhat similar to Na-Ga's usual style.
  18. Well, if I'm not mistaken it's only the second major Key VN fully drawn by Na-Ga, and this is pretty much his style.
  19. From the latest Kickstarter update: So, yeah, they confirmed it. And my comment about buying the game for half its price still stands. Really, the lack of professionalism behind this team really lowers my opinion about Kickstarters in general.
  20. Well, one hour per day is my normal reading routine recently, and unless you deal with 50+ hour giants, it's not that bad, really. On the other hand, I remember when I was reading Eden, I had particularly little free time and energy for doing something at least somewhat productive, and I could only manage about one hour per week. Honestly, I should've stalled it back then because this reading style definitely didn't give it justice, and by the end of the second month of reading I only wanted for it to finally end.
  21. You know, it may be a good idea to write what exactly you did to make it work, just in case somebody else encounters the same problem.
  22. Happy whatever holidays you celebrate these days!
  23. https://vndb.org/v/all?q=&fil=tag_inc-2002~421.tagspoil-0&rfil=&s=title&o=a https://vndb.org/v/all?q=&fil=tag_inc-421~1974.tagspoil-0&rfil=&s=title&o=a https://vndb.org/v/all?q=&fil=tag_inc-1974~359.tagspoil-0&rfil=&s=title&o=a I tried several vndb searches, but they don't show much (which isn't really surprising). Basically, there's this vn (a trap having sex with traps) and X-Change series. If you like gender benders, then Ying-Yang X-Change should work.
  24. Well, why not? It may not be a completely typical Key game, but it's great.
