That's why I was trying to narrow it down to anime that features things like PTSD, schizophrenia, OCD, sociopathy... Or in a broader way examples of actual psychology as a science, used in fiction.
For example, Death Note for me is nothing but a straightforward Shônen Jump manga that transposes to a "battle of wits" kind of story what is usually done in "battle of fists" kind of story in this magazine. I haven't watched One Outs but it seems like a regular sports manga. Serial Experiment Lain's themes have more to do with philosophy and sociology, the introspection done on the character of Lain and on which the anime centers, which is done in a very Evangelion-like way, is more akin to a narrative tool than an example of "psychology". Mawaru Penguindrum is a character drama with underlying themes as various as family and terrorism, going through many others in the process (it's a bit messy in this aspect). There's nothing very "psychological" about it.
If we were to count as psychology any fiction that describes the mental processes of its characters or can be assimilated to a character study, we end up with the majority of all fiction ever done in our category, which is usually a symptom of an ill-defined category.

Oh God, I used to watch that from time to time. I was a sucker for shows like this when I was a kid. 
The only episode I can actually remember at all involved a lady that was slowly driven insane by talking vegetables, which was every bit as silly as it sounds. ^^;

Never heard of CHVRCHES before, but after looking up a couple random songs on Youtube, they don't seem bad at all - though I admittedly have ridiculously wide (and/or bad, depending on who you ask) taste in music. At any rate, that makes two Scottish bands that I can call myself fond of. 
And malt vinegar only? I dunno, a little tabasco sauce can go a long way on pan fried potato wedges. Unless you're a weirdo like my father, who prefers tartar sauce of all things.

I've been promised that this should be improved in IPB 4.1 which was released earlier this week. I've held off on the update for two reasons:
I want to wait and see if any of the other IPB admins run into huge problems (since our upgrade was so much fun) (/sarcasm) Our forum themes require updates (since 4.1 is a rather big upgrade) and I want to make sure they, too, are safe before making the jump. I'm hoping we can get it done by the end of the week, however, and we'll see how things go. (If we run into problems, we'll roll back to a backup we create just before the upgrade)

VNs? Gaming? Anime? Feh. We want the real dirt, like how you feel about the new CHVRCHES album or why malt vinegar is the only thing that should ever touch a fried potato.
