  1. Thank you, this is what I needed. "Keep all Threads", and then manually switch one to Dialogue. I incorrectly thought VNR was doing something translationwise that ChiiTrans couldn't, but it was the Bing translation in most circumstances.
  2. I think the title says pretty much everything. I can select the text thread and use other translation services, but I want to use VNR's translation power. What should I do? Is there a way to select a specific thread that VNR isn't recognizing for some reason, without knowing an H-Code?
  3. It is anti-piracy or anti-translation protection. For example. Lilith started using it after translation groups translated the first few Taimanin games. I don't know what workarounds exist.
  4. Kizumono no Gakuen 3 (eroge). One of RaSeN's games. When they reformed as Yukari, they started using KiriKiri, which I know how to edit and modify, but their older games use something I'm not familiar with.
  5. arc_conv question: I use it on a .bml file, and it successfully extracts all of the script .txt files. However, the files are garbled, and it is not solved by switching between file encodings in SakuraEditor. Do I need to use a commandline argument to extract the files cleanly?
  6. I made a comment regarding this in another thread, but I think this is the more appropriate place. " I'm getting a weird issue with VNR. Hook codes will work the first time I launch a game (any one game) after restarting my computer, but hooking will fail whenever I launch any subsequent game. Is this a common issue? The same codes work fine in AGTH, and hooking works fine in games that don't require specific codes (such as KiriKiri games)." For example, I am using the code /hb30@42efcc which works in AGTH, and works the first time for VNR.
  7. These are not codes that I developed on my own. The codes work fine in AGTH. For example, this code /hb30@42efcc works in AGTH, but only works if in VNR if it is the first game I launch of the boot cycle. EDIT: I posted the question elsewhere, I as I think that is the more appropriate place.
  8. I tried disabling my antivirus. It did not work. Maybe I need to dig deeper. That it works the first time, and not subsequent times, makes it confusing and hard to debug.
  9. My guess is that the Trial version needs an AGTH code, but people usually don't spend time developing codes for Trials. I'm getting a weird issue with VNR. Hook codes will work the first time I launch a game (any one game) after restarting my computer, but hooking will fail whenever Iaunch any subsequent game. Is this a common issue? The same codes work fine in AGTH, and hooking works fine in games that don't require specific codes (such as KiriKiri games).
