Well, i don't like her route at all so far. The other girls have been honest to their personalities and lived the way they wanted. Ai however... She lies. She's going to be normal, she isn't interested in fights anymore, she loves the protag more than anything. YET she completely ditched that movie date because she was more interested in fighting and completely ignored protag after looking at her watch and confirming it was time to go and also ignoring his messages and arrived like over an hour or so late. Waifu material for sure... The fact that he continued that date is completely incomprehensible. He should have left before she arrived or waited and told her he's disappointed in her and left after confirming the reasons for her arriving late. That was to me a big sign of betrayal in a relationship. Not as bad as cheating obviously, but it was pretty damn bad. While i don't think it's good to try to change people if you're interested in them, don't make promises you've no intention to keep either.

The japanese are fan of "It's not the destination that matters, it's the journey". Well, i kind of think both matters. An ending that throws everything you've read away and doesn't replace with something else which stimulates some form of joy is a no good read for me.

Certainly not the only problem here. It suffers a bit from inconsistent writing and bad planning. Minor stuff, but a bit annoying. Example. Maki attacked protag early on saying he smells like ai, now later the protag wonders if maki knows who ai is and if she'd be scared if he mentioned her.

Luckily, as long as it's understandable and i get the flow of the story then i don't care. I won't pay money for it anyway.

Sounds like its either she beeing intended as the main heroine or they just not wanting people to read the stuff multiple times, or a combination of the two.

Of all the vn's this could be similar to, it had be nekopara played nekopara probably 2/3 through before getting too bored to continue.

You'll be in trouble if she catches you fapping to your favourite waifu in some vn. Tell her what you do, but don't say it's a porn game. You play them for the story, but unfortunately some do have porn in them. Take her opinions into consideration and make compromises where you can, but don't be a yes man. Changing yourself against your nature to suit her can be destructive later. Better to be upfront than being caught later and scramble for an utterly lame excuse. That's what i'd do anyway.

How is the protagonist in this one? I'm thinking about starting this after finishing up if my heart had wings. I don't need to much, but a semblance of personality is a must. Ohh and a vague spoiler which i don't mind. Does the grand route have a heroine? One pet peeve of mine is doing heroine routes and having a slice of life true ending.

Just finished kotoris route now and i believe they can be different enough. Pretty good route. Only glaring issue is the rushed end.
