You mean it's not just carbonated tea?! I'm even more inexperienced, no judging here! If the weird crackers are what I think they are though, they're pretty delicious :3 -
Recent (Japanese) Things You Have Purchased

Yeah, things like that actually become pretty easy when it comes down to it. Ultimately, if they have the bollocks to sell it then there's nowt wrong with you buying it Good grab of Saya by the way! ...what snacks? -
I don't think that dealing with an identity crisis can be an easy thing to deal with, as it requires a total, hard shift of the way that you view yourself. That said, ff you have a set of values, or have interpersonal relations (friendly or sexual, doesn't matter) with people (either 'real' people or even those behind a screen) and you don't see yourself as an amorphous blob (which I'm sure you don't), then you have some sort of identity. Something else will likely come along, be it a new hobby or something to achieve, but you can use that to build on the identity you've already got

False. I'm not overly fussed about shit-blows-up films, which I suspect that would be. Next person likes horror films.

I can't help you personally, but I must admit I'm intrigued so I found this: https://www.reddit.com/r/booksuggestions/comments/3qznuo/looking_for_a_scifi_book_or_series_with_the_same/ Maybe there'll be something in there?

As much as it's pissing me off because I a) recognise it, and b) think I even have it on my computer somewhere, I can't place it... so false Next person has played a nukige they're ashamed of playing

Eh, this is pretty understandable. I think with languages it's more just how fluently you thinking you were writing whatever it was. With language, if you think you're doing well you're probably doing well, I find.

I can only imagine how that must have smelled... and it's not good, even in my imagination.

True... I guess? I didn't know what a VN was when I read Katawa Shoujo, anyway. Next person has got at least 5 tabs open in their browser right now :3

As part of a proofreading scheme that I do (basically involves reading scans of books and then correcting the scan's mistakes) I'm reading Darksong Rising by L. E. Modesitt and... to be honest, it's totally not my thing. It seems like your typical 'normal person falls into fantasy world and shit happens yadda yadda' fare so far, and I'm not sure how likely it is to change. And I've got another 400 pages to go. Sigh... Also reading 'Putin's Wars: The Rise of Russia's New Imperialism' by Marcel H. van Herpen which is actually pretty excellent. It's a little wordy, but van Herpen goes into every single (relevant) aspect of Putin's international political action brilliantly. Helps me understand Eurasia better as a whole too, which is always a bonus.

I'm at a lost for words... (HuniePop discussion)
AaronIsCrunchy replied to sarayne's topic in Visual Novel Talk
I think that Audrey's kinda interesting because, from some of the (admittedly limited) dialogue, it becomes fairly obvious (at least in my headcanon) that she has some degree of a trust issue, which she disguises by being nasty towards the protagonist. When this comes into things, the little bits like @Fred the Barber mentioned become that much more rewarding. ...and then I go and bang, like, 10 other girls and a fucking alien, which I'm pretty sure is not helping
