In the interests of maintaining hype for this never-ending fan translation project, to have people keep me company, and to keep staff enthusiastic, I've decided to make our project discord server mostly public. https://discord.gg/Wf95MQC

I've resigned myself to that now.

Of course the world is a completely different place to what it was just a few months ago and those who committed to help translate this have all but disappeared due to world events (can't blame them). However, as it turns out I'm between official projects and bored so I've resumed translation on this slowly chipping away at the branch school till my next official project comes along. So some progress will happen in the interim, and perhaps eventually it will all get translated this way.

Welcome aboard. Fan translation is not for the faint hearted as it requires many many many hours of dedication to what is entirely a volunteer project for sometimes harsh ungrateful audiences. If you want to try it out, you can see about joining our project which needs another dedicated translator, but you'd have to take the translation test first. Cool. You won't find a bigger fan of the source material than me historically since I spent a decade bringing the To Heart 2 translation to life. I remember all those dolls when in Japan many years ago, but I only own 3 figurines of Lucy. One serious one and 2 chibi ones.

You just don't like its delivery, stories, characters, nor character development. It's time to move on. Me, on the other hand, I absolutely love it and can't get enough of it. There's no poor adaptation, it's just not clicking for you; I've read most of the LNs and the anime is a very good adaptation of them. Not everything works for everyone and unfortunately that's the case here for you. There's something very Gen X about its story and characters, so perhaps that's why it resonates with me more.

Don't go back. It's just plain shit. The show should have been called soulless since it has absolutely no soul whatsoever in its delivery of whether androids have souls or not.

This is a relative stinker of a season and mostly it's old shows that are worth watching. Considering how much anime I watch, this is the fewest shows I've been watching in about half a dozen years which is bad. Here's what's left after just one week: Arte (TV) - kind of interesting, harmless, nothing exciting but a nice filler Ascendance of a Bookworm (TV 2) - Sequel, enjoyed the first season and happy for more. Quality seems to be maintained so far. A Certain Scientific Railgun T (TV 3) - Sequel of a sequel of a sequel. Nothing wrong here (unlike Index 3). Fruits Basket 2nd Season (TV) - Sequel of a remake. Very much looking forward to what was never completed first time around of this heartwarming story. Gleipnir (TV) - Mildly interesting and melodramatic in the extreme and drags shit out. Not sure I'll last out the entire seasonn Listeners (TV) - Interesting plot and very cute heroine but cheap looking 3D animation My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! (TV) - Amusing alternative take on Isekai Princess Connect! Re:Dive (TV) - Yeah not sure why but it survived me watching the first episode, but will probably be dropped Sing "Yesterday" for Me (TV) - Interesting drama romance with mature adults, if a little depressing it is still interesting. Tower of God (TV) - Battle royale for the season. Probably drop it. Tsugumomo2 (TV 2) - Ecchi hijinks sequel with almost no meaningful plot to speak of. Shokugeki(TV 5) - Another sequel of low budget pans, wipes, and zooms and very little animation, but can we just get on with the Erina x Souma romance already? Kinda bored of the foodgasms now. Still waiting on: Re: Zero S2. Despite its flaws, Re: Zero is an entertaining watch and I'm interested to see (what happens to Rem.) Oregairu S3 - most anticipated anime of the last few years for me. Delaying it is killing me, but it's given me time to rewatch S1 and S2. All in all, no real new stand out gems at all. If I was to recommend anything new this season, it would be Sing Yesterday and My Next Life as a Villainess. Cue up those sequels if you've been watching them though.

I agree with @Clephas. Shino's route is equally as good as the other other main school routes, and the reviewer has conspicuously left out details about Yuuna's route. To me, her is route is also excellent and stands out for being completely different quality to that of the rest of the branch school heroines, and even completely different tone to that of the rest of the game, with quite a dark story by comparison, but still has that uplifting resolution required of a nakige. Lumping it in with the other branch school heroines is ignoring another exceptional heroine route that is on the same quality as the main school ones. The branch school needs to be translated just for her route alone.
