I tried that the same thing is happening again

I got Majikoi S from a friend who gave me a file share site, and I followed basically everything that the Youtube video told me on downloading the game. I downloaded 7zip and Daemon tools, I extracted all of the files, I mounted both Cds, and now the files are in My computer for some reason. I finished the download process as this video told me: Around 5:46 where he gets some opening menus, I get an error box called 1503, and anytime I try to open the game, that appears. I think its for cracking, and I have the crack file too from another site, but the file doesn't do anything except for open up in 7 zip. I try to copy the file into the game folders, but the folder says it is full. I'm confused, somebody please help me fix this issue, I've been waiting to play this game for a while.
