I use to really fucking hate the "soap opera disease", but than I saw the ending of SAO season two and decided that it was a much better alternative.
Well dealing with visual novels that have "foreign" characters one should not expect a realistic depiction, one should expect a character archetype. Just like how you are not going to find a "tsundere" or "coodere" out in the wild, you are not going to see "foreigner" archetype in real life. 

Only if you love terrible people and relationship drama.

It's okay, you don't need to try so hard to convince yourself that you like it; accept that it really is shit.

Pretty much zero chance, even though I would personally love to see a official localized version. It isn't quite zero though, the publishers have had a some titles localized and it has a hentai which means it has a little more name recognition. 

Still though that is like 0.0005% chance of it being localized. 

Don't even talk to me about SAO and all the nonsense it's spawned. /sigh

Fucking hell, I needed $650 to finish paying off all of my fees for an upcoming geology camp that I need to finish my degree. The problem is I can't pay with my card, only with cash or checks. I have never used checks and all the atms fucking hate me. So I may not be able to graduate because I only used debit to buy things. FUCK

I'm a P4G fanboy so of course I will recommend playing P4G, but by distancing myself from my fanboyism I would probably say just don't bother with the series. If you picked up P4G and didn't get absorbed enough to finish playing it, the persona series is probably just not for you. 
Otherwise the game-play is incredibly similar, but each is a self contained story with pretty much zero reference to each other so it doesn't really matter. 

This was and will always be always the case.

I just started catching up with the new season, after finally defeating persona 5, and I was kind of disappointed with what I saw. Of course there were shows that I picked up simply because I am a fan of the genre and a couple that are from adaptations of material I am familiar with. The only ones that really stood out, Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? and Seikaisuru Kado could become gems..... or meander around and go nowhere.
But there was nothing that got me really excited, not like the past several seasons, than I finally got to the end of my short list and watched Re:creators....... FUCK YESSSSSSSS. The first episode didn't quite get me hyped, but the second with the opening hinting at the future of the show and that exchange with the magical girl character, got me squeeing like a stuck pig. If this anime turns out shit, I think lasting damage will occur to my heart.

I feel that there is some great stuff in Clannad, but ALLOT of unnecessary fluff and missed opportunities. Although it is really the space magic bullshit of an ending that drags it down from "great" to "good". It really does feel like something ran out, be it money, time, or fucks to give. The creators just went fuck it that's long enough and stapled a wretched deus ex machina to the end.

That fucking bitch in my cultural geography class will not keep her fucking mouth shut. Today we had to talk about the Israel - Palestinian conflict. The professor tried to a neutral stance and attempted to highlight that it was a complicated situation with no clear good guy. However, she had to bring the discussion to a complete halt every time the professor said something that didn't paint the Israelis in a positive light and yell to the class why they were actually totally justified. I think the worst moment was when stated that she didn't understand why the Palestinians didn't just go to another Islamic country. JUST FUCKING SHUT UP SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH. I actually don't really support a side in the conflict, in my personal opinion both parties have acted like raging jackasses even if they have legitimate grievances. It's just her desperation to have her own personal beliefs on the issue be validated by everyone else and her knee jerk reaction to anything that contradicts them is skin crawlingly cringey and pathetic. Worst of all she wastes my fucking class time that I paid a pretty penny for with her absolute drivel. 

Locked down a romance right before the school trip. I than looked at the achievements to discover that less than 2% of people playing the game have done so at this point in time, which of course probably includes people who got review copies.  
That awkward moment when you realize that you are not just a pro at having no life, but you are an Olympic contender.

Lol. People often just want their prejudices reaffirmed rather than viewing things with an open mind, and modern education systems will sometimes pander to these people by striking offensive topics or discussions from the curriculum. Stupid stuff really.

I know right? Apparently, I have lived a very sheltered life. 

People seem to have a tendency to try and associate their own life experiences to the visual novel they are reading, which I never fully understood. I have never encountered a route or heroine that I would associate with a real world counterpart. The appeal of visual novels to me is their unrealism, situations that could never happen in real life and characters that are often tailor made for the reader to like or at least sympathize with. Reality is often the opposite of fiction, boring and it is usually harder to sympathize with or even achieve basic understanding of other people.
