yeah fuwanovel lost most of its usefulness after they put a stop to pirating stuff. still though, information about translations is nice.

I haven't dropped any VN's yet, although i have only read 5 vn's fully now. But if i had to say what would make me want to drop one is probably if i kept reading and the story wasn't getting anywhere and i would probably just get bored and stop. Then move onto another Vn.

You should totes learn (among other things, you can check this out - but there also seems to be lots of JP study groups springing up at the moment on Fuwa as well)
...otherwise (not going to blame you if you don't feel like it), with chiruchiru 1 tl happening (unless SP folds I guess) it's not unreasonable to think the second part will be too at some point
isnt idol chiruchiru getting translated along with the rest of the grisaia series?

Hold on, did you install the game, or were you trying to run it straight from the iso file?
I mounted the ISO then tried installing without the patch in the folder, but I fixed it now and resolved the problem. thanks though.

Ah I see what you are doing now. You're going to have to install the game or copy the game folder and move it somewhere like to your desktop to patch the game.
alright thank you very much! I moved all the files to another drive and put the patch there, and then the game is opening properly now. thanks again for your help and time.

I think if you patch the game with this it should start up.
Edit: Oh it seems you already patched it. I thought the English patch made the game work without a crack.
I'm trying to place the patch into the folder but apparently there isn't enough space in the folder, is that typical?

I put the patch into the game folder and then proceeded to mount the image and all that, however when I run .exe it proceeds to lead me to a key required installation? I am not sure what to do.

Dracu-riot! is like the Half-Life 3 of the VN world. It will never happen, and even if it does, it won't live up to anyone's expectations.
No, i think it will live up to our expectations. I mean elina's route is pretty good, and I think the other characters (especially miu) are great as well. If anything it will still be a great experience.

Seriously is there anyone translating this right now? Dracu riot seems to be decently known about, yet I don't see anyone trying to pick up on it. It's quite a good VN really despite having such a high amount of h-scenes.

The patch only restores the missing content, it doesn't fix the rest of the translation.
A second patch is in the making to fix everything though.

I installed the restoration patch, im quite sure of it, I got to the bath scene and they didn't have towels on. However, later on I've noticed there are no sex jokes and there was the conversion about *big eyes* that was suppose to be about boobs. But they were talking about eyes anyway, so im not entirely sure whats going on, did i install the patch wrong?

Also below this is my rambling, basically something i do when someone new comes around.
Fell free to ignore it if your not interested.
Fate/stay night is a must play. It is nothing like the anime thing that carries its name. (well we do now in the unlimited blade works adaption)
And we just have a new patch that has translated the realta nua version of the game. (wich is an all ages game so it does away with the H stuff and replaces it by something else)
Tsukihime Another must play, and no this one does not have a anime adaption.

Muv Luv series, now Muv Luv extra is not that good and Unlimited is merely good but alternative is definitly a must read and to understand it completely you need to have read these two first.
(I so hope muv luv alternative get's an anime adaption at some point)

clannad is also a must read and is together with fate/stay night one of the vn flagships, muv luv can possible also be considered a flagship.
Other than that there is Grisaia no Kajitsu wich is also a must read. (By the way, no panty shots in this one, just sex jokes by amane instead)

Just so you know, there's some weird order to the routes. Like to unlock that aeroengineer girl you have to first complete black haired girls route. There's a walkthrough on here I think.
Also Ageha best girl.
