Anyone know why i can't play most vn in my computer resolution? My res is 1366x768, cause b4 i can play them although only with same height with my resolution, thanks

i'm downlod koichoco and i'm already follow the installation guide from 1-4 but i can't use serial number from torrent to the game here is the screenshot and after i choose the first (up) choice i get this screen anyone know the english meaning of that? pleasee heelp meee :'(
