Why don't you redownload the torrent? I had an issue with Muv-luv alternative, redownloaded the torrent and it solved my issue. Think I just got a bad sector the first time.

Am I right in thinking that Rebuilds are kind of a re-telling of the original story, with extra content and original content cut and polished? I get what people say about Shinji, but I just don't like him, even if its not his fault he constantly gets the bad end of the stick, I think I hate him because he drains those around him.

I have only one thing to say.... I love Evangelion, but I never liked Shinji. I get it, he's thrown into such a horrible fate, but seriously? He never improves, he whines non-stop. You'd think you'd get a bit better. I want to re-watch it once all the Rebuilds are done. (they aren't all done, are they?)

I watched a bit yesterday, though I cannot remember the game you were playing, but it definately felt pretty dark with ghost armour. I look forward to more from you.

I find myself doing things in bursts, so I will spend a few days blasting through VNs, maybe playing 2-3 back to back. Then I take a break from them and tend to go into reading books and watching an anime series or two. Usually I'll play some games in between all this. It is handy having two monitors as I can usually rewatch some anime while playing a VN, its good if you've already really watched the anime and want to kind of rewatch it without putting all your focus into it. Like some people above, the one I suffer from, now with just VN but anything is, I kind of have to focus on one thing, if I go and do something else, I seem to drop all interest in what I was doing before that point, so if I play a VN, I'll try and play it all through, even if that means over the course of a few days, all pretty much only do the VN.

(Yes, I am aware of what his current end goal is, which you could say have romantic focus) Decided to go and replay Extra and Ultimate again, then continue with Alternative.

I have not I don't think.. think I am in about chapter 5 or so. I do feel like this is as you say the final episode in a running series. Its definately not a happy happy game. I think Extra and Unlimited are sort of dating orientated, this is much more of a serious VN. I had intended on trying to get through it in one playthrough, but having already clocked about 6-7 hours, I can't see that happening when I am potientially only 50% through. I have to admit though, I wasn't expecting H-scenes or anything, but nothing about it feels like any happiness, I get why, Its all just a bit dark. Without spoiling, is the tag of romance really valid on fuwanovel for this game?

So I have yet to finish MLA and it has been quite some years since I played the others in the series. But I have to wonder why this is rated higher, it seems to feature less routes. Is it because the story is really good and relates back to other games, is it rated higher on story and less "choices"?
