I don't think the main character actually does that. I guess it depends on which route you take since, any route other than Aeka's would show you that If you have time, try completing a route! I'm hope that if you do, your opinion of this game would change as well! I agree with you. It gets boring after the tenth time. And to hear it over and over again on other characters' routes... >_< I guess Saya no Uta's protagonist's view of the world disturbed me a bit, but not too much. I was surprised by it at first, but got used to it. Luckily, all I have are only minor bad VN experiences. Well, admittedly, the VNs that I have read are quite few.

I agree with the Kagami Aya part. Kyouka..... Not so much because she's mean. And if there would a Kyouka route, then I believe it might be Yume Miru Kusuri's Hirofumi Tsubaki Route. Maybe like a Best Friends or Buddies Route, not in a relationship kinda route. I'm not ready to see guy on guy, ever. But, I would love to see more of the funny conversations that they have. Muv Luv Extra's Jinguuji Marimo and Kouzuki Yuuko. I want proper routes for them. Regarding Yuuko:

Hoshizora no Memoria Wish Upon A Shooting Star Licensed by Sekai Project The story begins with the protagonist, Kogasaka You, moving back to his hometown, which he left behind several years ago. Upon arriving, he stumbles into an abandoned, sealed observatory, whereupon he encounters a mysterious girl who looks exactly like his childhood friend did years ago. She introduces herself as Mare, a shinigami who reaps nightmares. Meanwhile, back at school, You ends up joining the astronomy club, which is desperate need of new members. At night, he continues to visit Mare at the observatory, all the while trying to remember a certain someone's name. In 'Hoshizora no Memoria - Wish Upon A Shooting Star', the protagonist can fall in love with one of the seven heroines in the game. They are as follows: Minahoshi Asuho, Hisakaki Komomo, Hisakaki Kosame, Aoi Isuzu, Kogasaka Chinami, Ototsu Yume, and Mare S. Ephemeral. Ending Guide At the beginning of the game, only three of the seven heroines' routes are available. You will have to unlock the rest by playing through the first three's routes. The three available routes at the beginning of the game are Asuho, Komomo, and Isuzu's. After finishing Komomo's route, Kosame's will be unlocked. Hi, sorry to hijack the thread, too, but I just want to confirm something. After the common route of Memoria, does the Skip button really skips everything of each girl's route? Including unread texts? Or can it be adjusted in the settings? I ask this because I read somewhere that the skip button malfunctions...?

For me, I guess it would be Muv Luv Alternative. That game is so long and full of interesting turns and twists (especially THAT GORY ONE).

For me, the VNs are usually always better than the anime adaptation and/or other adaptations.

Well, if you played it the first time, Extra would be sucky cause you might be feeling tricked because, "where are the robots and stuff?" But trust me, I suggest you read through the whole Extra (each route), so that it wouldn't be that confusing in Unlimited, and in Alternative (at least somewhat). Also, the side routes of Extra isn't bad at all. When I replayed the MuvLuv series, I read the side routes, and I regretted not doing it the first time. IMO, Total Eclipse wasn't that bad. But, yeah, where was the supposed Muv-Luv styled fights and stuffs? :D/>
