    Golden, Deep Sunset
https://vndb.org/v9208 (OP Movie) Don't get too excited though, the OP's likely the best part of the game.
I'd second Tenshi no Hane o Fumanaide, the art directing, overall it's just a great vn.

It's really hard to find VN with anything close to those kinds of arts -- If there was, you can bet I'd playing it. Sure there is detailed art, but I'd be cool to see art that not only is detailed, but liberating or captivating. Generally, looking for VN's that possess the atmosphere and can extend the world of such images, is a fruitless affair.
Oh, maybe this will do: https://vndb.org/v11990 Though it's full of a quasi-science dream stuff, I haven't gotten through all of it, but I wish there'd be more art like the cover (there really isn't much from my experience. It was very cute though, contrasting with the somewhat brain-numbing content.)
"Fault" is probably a good one too (check out that main menu bg). It's also fantasy.
I'll randomly drop https://vndb.org/v7792 if the color scheme thingies catch your attention.
    Finally, Buncha PV's

you might want to try looking into some of imayui´s works, as they´re mostly, if not all
    1) surreal as fuck
    2) poetic as fuck
    3) unique as fuck

depending on how much you´re able to stomache i´d also recommend reading "kurai nichiyoubi", which should hopefully end up being a meaningful experience to you (at least it was in my case) forwhy said title has quite some values to it - despite its dark-ish aura or rather gloomy attitude, btw. better not go in expecting some fluff only because it´s been rated all-ages, as such expectations couldn´t be further away from the truth. anyway enjoy!

edit: i´ll try to be a little more talkative later and come up with different suggestions, but wont do so until i´ve returned home.

If so, Quartett! for the music, Katahane for art/aristocracy (alternatively, grab Rondo Leaflet if you're proficient enough in japanese) and any of the WAB games (aka, "What a Beautiful..." series from Hikaru Sakurai) for a mixture of fantasy, dystopia and specific atmosphere/color patterns. If you haven't yet, you really should read Planetarian, too. From late things I have read, I'd recommend Kitten Philia just for the artsy stuff, but it's propably way too much for you to swallow.

And what is this magical "steam crowd" we're talking about? If it's not us after all, then I don't even know anymore. We're a part of it, like everyone else.
It's huge, that's true. The only decent way to spread the word is to educate people about those issues. Unfortunately, people will most likely end up buying their new release. Our modern standards in regards to product quality have detoriated enough to the point, where majority doesn't really care as long as they get what they want and it better be damn cheap.

if that´s the case then they´re even more likely to try doing it in the same fashion, simply because the way it´s been done/handled earned them a rather darn good sum of money - despite all the related flame.

This is exactly the wrong attitude to take.  We have exactly one way to convince MoeNovel to do things properly:  Not buying their bowdlerized games, and demanding they fix their broken shit.  Giving them money for doing a shitty job, because someone will fix it for them for free, only tells them to keep doing what they're doing.
If you care about good translations, and if ridiculous censorship bothers you, then don't buy their products.  You're of course free to do whatever you want, but if you buy their products then the message you send is that this is acceptable to you, and you want them to do it more.

That's kind of a bad way to think about it though. You're basically saying companies fucking up doesn't matter since the community will just patch it up either way. Why not demand, as a consumer, that the company delivers you a good product to begin with?
We're very fortunate rusanon decided to make a team to patch up Konosora, but we can't simply assume that will happen every time, especially since translating a vn is an immense amount of work and most people aren't up for it.
I'd much rather try to get the company to fix their shit, although in Moenovel's case it might be a lost cause.
Regardless , I really don't agree with this "compaies fucking up is okay because the fans will fix it" mindset and I hope it doesn't become the status quo anytime soon.

After several fakeouts, it seems like they're finally ready to announce the next VN they'll translate. Because the world can't get enough Moenovel.
On the bright side, this gives @Pabloc a clear next project to go for!

Yuki Koi Melt, Hatsumira, Island, and Corona Blossom. That's four totally original IPs created by Frontwing in the last two years. I really don't know what you're talking about if you're saying they don't create enough new settings. How many would be enough for you?

100% agree.  People complain when companies release the same game over and over again.  Then when the company tries something different, they complain it isn't as polished as the game that the company's made 4 times before already.  Or they complain it's too weird, or not enough like the game that awhile ago they were complaining had been rehashed to death.
If companies never take chances, then the market dies from stagnation slowly.  That's not good for anybody.

Okay so there seems to have been a breakdown of communication at some point, because this was not supposed to be announced yet.
It's not Time Leap Paradise the VN, it's a different thing, and I'm assuming we'll make a detailed announcement in the next few hours since we kind of have to, so I guess "more details soon!" until I can get confirmation on how to handle this.

Well, yes. Generally, their business is to sell VNs. If they get a big seller, it's only natural to "try out other things hoping to make the same impact". It's not like I particularly believe they think this'll be highly impactful, but if they don't try then... what do they do?
"Oh, we got a big hit. Time to pack up and go out of business."

Are you saying Frontwing shouldn't attempt to have a diverse catalog?

I mean, as a VN developer, you could be in far worse company than Âge and Type-Moon. Moreover, they published a game from a different IP (an IP you may not like, fine, but that doesn't change the fact) literally two days ago. Seems a little premature for this criticism.

"ustedes" in spanish from latin america (and in most of the countries probably) is not formal or informal because there is no other way to say "you", in english you say "you" to reefer both plural and singular person while here and in the rest of latin america, is "ustedes" for plural and "vos" informal and "tú/usted" formal, both singular.
"Vosotros" is not used outside spain, it was used in my country many years ago and in many other countries too but not anymore, using vosotros now will make everyone think that you are either some kind of idiot or that you are trying to be funny but not in a very clever way...
