  1. Still deciding some things, can't collect the data until I'm positive about the information displayed, you know. Eventually.. If you know how to AJAX I'd like your help for calling the descriptions instead of just putting the text in the document, it really inflates the file size.. (up to 50% of each entry is the description so it would really make a difference.) Currently working on custom options, like Sexual Content Sorting, and score threshold sorting, I am pretty shit at javascript so could be a long time. by the way, the Sexual Content tab has four values, Kige (Nukige) High (High Sexual Content) Low (Low Sexual Content) and All (All Ages) For in-progress translations, http://blog.fuwanovel.net/2015/03/two-niche-tools-for-following-vn-tl-updates/ In addition to the weekly progress updates http://blog.fuwanovel.net/category/projectupdates/ Also, if anybody knows what happened to VNTLS, couldn't find that out..

  3. That's an interesting concept. There's only one issue - it lacks proper background to support the elements it's being made upon. How are they able to materialize anything out of thin air? Is it some sort of an ESP power, or perhaps a gods' gift? Is it infinite? Are there any drawbacks? What about abuse? Wouldn't it make such "utopia" incredibly susceptible to attacks and eventual collapse? If so, are there any forces/groups who specialize in fighting crime associated with it? As long as you'll manage to do your work, it might become a good foundation for an intriguing story. Do otherwise and everything will become extremely superfluous and artificial.

  4. I agree with you. This is what Moenovel did after all, and they didn't garner much praise for their method. I understand you want to translate for all-ages, and I respect that. But I can't help but be a little disappointed when it has an 18+ version.

  5. I can't help but feel that you turned away from an acceptable half-measure and adopted the worst possible solution. While I appreciate your translation work, haphazardly cutting away content like that is pretty damn lame. :/

  7. There are 3 kinds of people in this forum; The Clannad, The Rewrite, and The Both. I'm the blue and you're the green. Now before I say anything, I'd like to point out that Clannad was my second VN so the impression most probably came from being a new experience, but regardless of that I still see its brilliant writing for the most part through a semi-objective perspective. I don't see how anyone can like most of Rewrite, and I don't see how anyone can dislike certain parts of Clannad. I may be a smartass for saying this, but this is the kind of thing where you don't like it not because it lacks integrity, but because you just don't. I also need to point out that the character interactions and redundant scenes of Clannad--despite being seemingly unnecessary--IS the plot. Clannad is a slice of life drama told in chronology, the premise of its storytelling is to tell you the every day activities of a certain Okazaki Tomoya that mainly revolves around talking to people and doing mundane things. If you were to take away all the 'unnecessary moments' of Clannad, you would have finished it in 3 hours. Clannad is essentially 100% plot, you just happen to find it boring. That's okay. Should you read Tomoyo After? Yes. You can look up the synopsis on VNDB. The difference is that Tomoyo After has a linear plot and is centered around one heroine and an apparent conflict that drives the story along. Unlike Clannad, Tomoyo After has a clearer goal. I also found its after story brilliant and touching. If you found it boring as well, then it's safe to say that you don't generally like Slice of Life dramas. The problem with Clannad, other than certain flaws, is that everything you found boring within it is what it's supposed to be.

  8. He's a bit of a badass. vicious people are created out of vicious situations. Kind people recreate kindness. I can't say more than that because it might be a spoiler for a plot that doesn't exist yet. Haha. As for a non-harmonic city...real life cities aren't actually all that harmonic either. There's ways to steal, cheat, lie, swindle. But certainly, with this VN, I want to aim for a realistic world - not one that is overly dark hopefully! Oh! That's interesting Crunchytaco. I've never heard of it but it sounds surprisingly similar to my concept. Thanks for the suggestion. Tenkuru, that VN sounds awesome! I absolutely love the idea. I think what you're getting at is the concept of "show, don't tell" where the rules of society (in this case) will be seen by what happens to people/what people can't do even if they try to.

だってまきちゃんは女の子だから Well, Maki-chan is a girl after all. キスしたあとの矛防線 The defensive way you reacted after being kissed まきちゃんが回避しようとしてるのは一体なにかっと I was confused as to what you trying to avoid it meant... 曖昧にしとくのもいいかなーなんて思ってたんだけどね 今のままでも楽しいし So I kinda just thought "I guess it's fine to just leave things ambiguous" since where we were at was already fun. やっちゃったわね 碓かめるようなことするんじゃなかった I messed up didn't I. I should have ascertained your feelings. まきちゃんはキスより先を望んでなんていなかっー I didn't think... that what Maki-chan wanted rather than a kiss was something ev- I'll just say right now that the last line cuts itself off, which I assume leads in to porn or something, but if it doesn't some more context might help, since this is an extremely liberal translation (since I couldn't think of a literal one that made any sense). きのうまで近づくほどに Lit: Within the period up to yesterday of us getting to know each other. Use?: In the time we got to know each other better よりくっきりして埋められなかった心のすきまが Lit: The even more clear gap in my heart that was not filled up Use: The unfilled gap in my heart that was becoming clearer and clearer. Remember 11

Remember 11 -The Age of Infinity- Summary Fuyukawa Kokoro, a third-year sociology major, boards a plane bound for Hokkaido to meet a research subject in the Specified Psychiatric Hospital for Isolation and Aegis, or SPHIA. For unknown reasons, her plane crashes in the mountains in the middle of a snowstorm. Of the 31 passengers, only she, Kusuda Yuni, Yomogi Seiji, and Mayuzumi Lin survive unharmed. Unable to establish communication with the outside world due to the fierce snowstorm, the four decide to take shelter in an empty cabin and wait until the storm passes. Yukidoh Satoru, a graduate student in the field of quantum physics, falls from the SPHIA clock tower. He later awakens with some memory loss and the realization that someone is out to kill him. Unable to leave the SPHIA facility due to a snowstorm, Satoru's only chance at living is to find that person among the three other residents (or perhaps the hidden culprit) of SPHIA. Shortly after, Kokoro and Satoru realize that they are somehow exchanging bodies and Yuni appears to be at both of their locations... Ending Guide Some tips if you want to try to clear the game without following the exact choices: ***Game Routes*** There are only 2 Routes, Kokora and Satoru. They are very straight forward so this Walkthrough will be short and sweet. Enjoy... Kokoro Route Satoru Route Bad Endings To fully understand what is happening in Remember11, I suggest you read some of the bad endings. Attribution This walkthrough is based on the one from Eroge Download. Thanks to latilen for the ending guide and the bad endings.
