Today I will be reviewing All You Need is Kill. I read the manga adaptation written by Ryosuke Takeuch and illustrated by Takeshi Obata, though it was originally a Japanese novel by Hiroshi Sakurazaka.

The background for the story is that the world has been attacked by an alien race known as Mimics. Kiriya is a soldier going out to his first battle and he has just woken up from a terrible dream in which he fought that battle and died. As he goes throughout his day many things seem similar to his dream, and he ends up dying in his first battle. Upon his death, he wakes up back in his bed. How will he escape from this time loop?

Recommended for fans of the genres posted above. Typical for the action genre yet somewhat unique in its time loop concept.
