Aoi Tori , Kizuna Kirameku Koi Iroha , Yoru Meguru, Bokura no Maigo Kyoushitsu are all decent choices within their genres, but I should agree with Clephas about the first one being the winner. Micchi feels the same, but adds lighter ones like Making*Lovers , Maho×Roba -Witches spiritual home- , Abnormal Lovers and Yurameku Kokoro ni Michita Sekai de, Kimi no Yume to Yokubou wa Kanau ka
Shikura Chiyomaru's fourth title that was first published as a light novel with Pako as character designer.
The story follows nine idiosyncratic individuals. Little incongruities that occur around these nine eventually lead to a larger, unimaginable event that may alter what is considered common sense in this world.

The protagonist transferred into a boarding school, sharing a room with a boy who was in his grade. His roommate was the son of a famous Kabuki actor and also performs as a promising onnagata (female-role actor). However, he found out his secret by accident: he was actually a girl.
From that moment on, their relationship changed completely. However, he was not the type to take advantage of such a situation, but instead he wanted to help protect her secret.
Prekano is basically Giga subsidiary for the poor dealing with a single heroine. Not cool.

Fujiwara is no ordinary night school; it is a school for drop-outs. Moreover, it is a place full of memories of his late mother. There were three students, as well as one of their daughters. Starting this fall, Aoi will be attending a boarding school located on a distant Southern island where his father once taught at. Since all the preparations were ready, it was decided that he would move in to the school dormitory during the summer break. The island is only accessible by boat, and he was caught in a storm on the way there, but he somehow made it.
Even though it was the summer break, there were still three girls who remained in the dormitory: the mischievous free spirit Sumire, the kind and cheerful Tsukino, and the cool and outwardly dependable Konoha. Moreover, his imouto Tomoe, who loves to dote on and also be doted upon by him, followed him to the island to prevent him from attending the school.
The days on the island were full of fun and excitement. They showed him around the island, swam in the sea, did some preparation studying, and spent time in the library on rainy days. Every day was full of things to do.
However, the summer break doesn’t seem to be ending. When Aoi became aware of this, he set out to search for the island’s secret….

Ancient Rome, but not the same Roman Empire we know. These events took place in the city of Doronium that was located in Gernia province, which bordered the territories of the minotaur tribes near the norther part of the empire.
The man named Canecone, a member of the city council, had recently acquired a new slave, Paia. On her first work day, while the girl was looking for mushrooms, she stepped on Medusa's sacred grounds and was cursed by the goddess. Paia's hair and legs turned to snakes, which brought calamity upon Doronium. When the girl entered the city's amphitheater, the gladiators and the guards were petrified, causing panic among the spectators.
The top officials of the city: the duumviri and the city council members called an augur to divine how to defeat the monster, but ultimately could not come up with a good plan. In the meantime, the trees around the amphitheater began turning to stone. And while the petrifying wave was slowly consuming the city, believers of the Church of Holy Rood preached that it was divine punishment for the Romans' self-indulgence.
Finally, the members of the city council turned to the famous sibyl Zoe for help. The plan proposed by Zoe was to summon a close friend of Medusa, Julinas, who was the lowest and most obscure god in the Underworld.
To conduct the ritual, the council members called the most gorgeous women in Doronium: Destra and Escelda. Perhaps because of their help, the obscure god Julinas descended to the human world. And when he found out that it was a senior slave who told Paia to trespass on Medusa's sacred grounds, he lifted the curse.
Later, Destra and Escelda offered Julinas the gift of Venus for the first time in his 500 years of divine life. But his delight was not going to last. Due to divine laws, gods could only spend a few days in the human world. Julinas was going to return to the Underworld, but...
