Guardian Place- For some reason, Skyfish doesn't seem to be capable of doing a good job with anything but its Soleil series.

Hitotsu Tobashi Ren'ai- A low-level charage that tried to get by on a theme rather than actual quality.

Hyakka Ryouran Elixir- This is one of AXL's 'medieval slice of life stories', and like all of them is mostly honobono (pleasant and easygoing) save for a few moments of drama spread throughout the game and concentrated in the heroine routes.

Love La Bride- A kusoge of a charage, not worth playing or even remembering.

Madou Koukaku- Easily my favorite non-IM Eushully game.  It is a conquest strategy game with a good story and a wide range of characters.  

Shoujo Shin'iki- Interesting story, poor world-building, typical Lass.

Unmei Yohou- This one is worth playing for the twisted relationships the protagonist has with his sister and the childhood friends.  His choices early on in life messed things up quite nicely.

Tsuisou no Augment FD- A great story FD that adds a lot to the main game.  If you liked the original, it is a good idea to play this.

Since I'm very late to comment here, let me just say what I can in regard of the releases for the first third of 2013.

Daitoshokan - This is the first VN that finally break the curse that August VNs won't be translated, and yes I know that there's two August VNs that were translated beforehand but it's not count to me because Yoake here didn't have the sex scenes translated (I know it has two new routes in exchange of the censorship) and Shippo Days here is just this VN side story. Anyway while there's some supernatural plot in this VN, the main focus here should be the slice of life with our MC Kyotarou Kakei slowly get along with his friends in the library club.

Tokeijikake Daybreak - Been waiting for this ever since Sekai released the first part at 2017, and good for Sekai now that they already halfway done with the engine work of this.

Konosora FD - It has nice after stories for the heroines and some wrap up to the main plot along with new heroines route, and good for Pulltop in that they bring this overseas regardless on their usual no localized sex scenes there (Although the releases with no sex scenes did add Akari's route, so at least it's slightly fair enough).

Seisai no Resonance - Looks like it'll be interesting GL charage with some gameplay, although too bad that it's still untranslated as of now (And probably never will). Oh well.

Kara no Shoujo 2 - Some say that the flashback is too long and that it focused too much on the new MC (Masaki) instead of Reiji, although if we consider that Innocent Grey want to make Masaki as the single MC for this VN only to change their mind to add Reiji as the second MC in the middle of the production, then it would make sense if we know Masaki's backstory. While we supposed to know whether Reiji can get his answer from the problem that was left from the prequel or not, unfortunately in here he's more or less just spent his role as the detective that investigate serial murder case which involved Masaki for most of the part, and only at the very end that Reiji get his answer even though it's not in the most happier manner. At least Reiji here finally can fully move on in the sequel, so good for him.

Hapymaher - While Clephas did say that the music and the nakige story did interest him, I would say that Purple Software here did expect the player to pick this based on the sexy costumes that the heroines wear even though they didn't wear the sexy outfit much contrary to what the cover would indicate. I know that Hapymaher is not a nukige, but it's still wasted enough in that some of the heroines didn't wear the sexy outfit when they have sex with the MC (At least they addressed that issue in the FD). Speaking about Purple Software here, recently we have Aoi Tori was licensed by Nekonyan so we can say that Purple Software here is quite flexible when it come to the localization company to localize their VNs.

Bokuten - While normally we expect Tomoe to get over with his philosophy of 'Love can only bring pain and suffering', unfortunately the author indirectly tell us that Tomoe is right by making the setting that did expect us to agree with him (I can only conclude that the author have a hard time with his love life so he can write such setting). Other than that, there's Yuri's route in that it's story and conflict remind me of the soap drama from my country (Not in a good way obviously). In the end though, as long as you ignore the main setting and the soap drama stuffs in Yuri's route, Bokuten here should be a nice read if you're looking for an utsuge.

Lovely x Cation 2 - Back then I thought it would be nice that Quof who is known for his speed in translating nukige was working on this because I like the heroines and their VAs, but turned out that reality is more cruel than the ideal because Quof was too busy translating for Mangagamer which is understandable because obviously he need some money to feed himself. Oh well, and by the way just expect this as dating sim instead of charage if you play this VN because from what I hear apparently there's almost no development for the four heroines.

Madou Koukaku - This time Eushully was goes all out by hiring some male VAs (And also their first VNs to have voiced male characters), and in here the male casts are very interesting because we have Shinichiro Miki voicing the MC (Only in battle though), Wakamoto Norio, and late Fujiwara Keiji. Speaking of battle, instead of usual grid base this time Eushully tried to use RTS in that you'll have three vs three squads on the field and your goal in the battle here is beat all enemies for most of the time. I did play this using the MTL-ed narration patch, and let's just say that it's still as bad as Arterial. Oh yes other than RTS gameplay, we also have building the town and country here while at the same time you'll attack the enemies territory and take over that. Lastly I'll say that I hope that we'll get the proper narration patch for this in the future, although looks like there'll be no chance for that.
