Somewhat unrelated, but while I was googling "homestay" to figure out how to word that sentence properly before deciding not to use that word, I found this, uhh, interesting link on google
Only girls and only university/college age...

I, on the other hand, was exciting and was definitely not relaxing...

I figured she was a ditz at the start of the VN, but she seems to be fairly sharp when it comes to her onii-chan

Come on, a 9 pm curfew? For 2nd-year high school students? They must be like 16-17 by now. That seems just a tad absurd.
Yukito's dad: "We need to talk. Let's go to your room"

Step-mom: "You could say that"

"It's his responsibility as an older brother to bring you home"

Dad: "... since you're in puberty, it's impossible for you to not have noticed"
"As part of a host family, I have an obligation to take care of her as a daughter. In other words, we are like her foster parents in Japan"

After Yukito explains to Bethly what the "scolding" was about
