Welcome, fellow Fuwamembers, to the FuwaRecognition thread. Starting this March, we’ll be highlighting some of the best contributions made by our members each month. From snazzy blog articles to delicious forum threads, and perhaps even a few things more on the shitpost part of the spectrum, we'll keep an eye out for the cream of the crop. And then we'll gather them here. Just for you.
*holds up giant APPLAUSE sign*
A-hem, so this is the f
Wow, I'm going to call as many as three games masterpieces this month - Tasogare no Sinsemilla , Para-Sol and Second Novel ~ Kanojo no Natsu, 15fun no Kioku~ . And the last one is something special, so it wins. It's definitely in my review queue. Micchi awaits cuteness from Sugar+Spice2 and fandiscs.
1. Executor Script エグゼクタースクリプト Triangle
In a world where some people possess magic-like special abilities, Yamahito is a st
Since we have a news in regard of Ginaharu, of course I use the title 'Silver Colored Faraway' here and 'Track 6' is mean that I use the title for the sixth time. Unfortunately the news that we have here is not a good one though, hence 'Requiem' in the title, and if you know about Catholic church requiem here is mean a Mass celebrated for repose of one deceased soul or in music term Requiem here is the last Mozart's work before he passed away. Also once again I use the title from one of Kanon 20
Deardrops and Comsome! ~Combination Somebody~ make the only masterpieces for me in June. And first one is more polished. Micchi for once agrees with me although anticipating even more from Angel Ring.
1. Deardrops Overdrive 1 2 3 4 5 6
Shouichi was known as one of the ‘nobles’ of the violin world. Having started playing the violin when he was 3, he won the national violin competition when he was in middle school and went
Evolimit is the only real masterpiece here. I'll review it eventually, but with Dailymotion limit of two hours per day it would take over a month of real time, so it's the only thing I review in 2010. Micchi falls for nekomimi You∞Gaku just because of cuteness.
1. Nadeshiko Ranbu 撫子乱舞 White Cyc
Focuses on the Yamato Nadeshiko archetype – the ideal Japanese woman, Takahiro resides in Misaki-shi where there is a competition
Akatsuki no Goei ~Tsumibukaki Shuumatsuron~ finally can be considered a masterpiece as story actually moves somewhere this time. Micchi sees some merit in Iro ni Ide ni keri Waga Koi wa .
1. Eien no Ikusa Hime 永焔の戦姫 Eushully
Eien no Ikusa Hime contains the novelized versions of Ikusa Megami Zero, Genrin no Kishougun and Genrin no Kishougun 2 for those who want to jump into Verita without missing the previous story developments.
As for this week title since we have Winged Cloud decided to release Sakura MMO Extra along with that we have Gekkou no Carnevale release back at Christmas, I decided to combined 'Sakura' with 'Automaton' so that we have Sakura Automaton as this week VNTS Review title. It should be obvious on why I chose the word 'Sakura', while for 'Automaton' here it's because in Carnevale we have living dolls which resemble human and based on Oxford dictionary one of the meaning of automaton is 'a moving mech
Subarashiki Hibi ~Furenzoku Sonzai~ is VN of the Month, moreover, a 10/10. I'm going to call White Album 2 ~Introductory Chapter~ another masterpiece since it was at least memorable compared to Closing Chapter. Micchi is mostly interested in Koiiro Soramoyou
1. Cross Days 0verflow 1 2
Yuuki first met Kotonoha at the school library in the beginning of second semester, but there was no progress with their relationship.
Kashimashi Communication and Tsubasa o Kudasai are masterpieces with the latter having priority due to original concept. Micchi is fascinated by cuteness of Magicarat☆Radiant and throws in a bunch of nukige since there's not so much to discuss this month.
1. Misshitsu no Sacrifice 密室のサクリファイス Intense 1
Deep underground lies an immense living facility: Foundation.
When was it built, and why? Who, or what, brought its residen
A nice busy month. I'd only call Rune Lord and Harukaze dori ni, Tomarigi o. 2nd Story ~Tsuki no Tobira to Umi no Kakera~ masterpieces with traditionally chunige having the upper hand over charage. As for review, won't be any this month. Will only review couple games per year, probably with video playthroughs properly backed up, will see when first appealing for review game shows up. As usual, Micchi is mostly interested in fandiscs.
1. Last Window: Mayonaka no Yakusoku
Visual Novel Translation Status (01/03/2021)
Welcome to first VNTS Review for 2021, and as for the title I'll tell it at PS. As for this week after a busy week, this time it's quite calm. Although we still have some updates though, in that once again most of those are from fan translation section. Speaking about fan translation, we have Oreimo VN for PSP being released so at least we have a release from fan translation, Other than that, we have the usual updates from Nekonyan here. Overall
Quite a crazy year that we have in regard of 2020, especially with pandemic and all here. Anyway just like previous best rated VNs list I'll list what's translated VNs that we have in 2020 here, and the rules are still the same in that I won't list nukige (So no Fanbag Fantasy Sideboob 2 or Escalayer despite the former surprisingly quite well received for a big breast nukige and I like the magical girl aspect from the latter), BL, fandisc (So no Aokana EXTRA1 and Miagete FD), partial translated
This is the third game in Crystalia's series based on a world where a sport has grown up around using spiritual swords and a prequel to the original game, Kizuna Kirameku Koi Iroha. For those who haven't played the other games, I can say that you might or might not get more out of this game by playing the others first, as playing the original spoils you on the winner of the tournament and a few other issues. On the other hand, this game also fills in a lot of gaps on characters from the origi
WARNING: This blog post contains weird Kiri level shit that causes brain damage so reading is not recommended
Well yaharro there.
This is no ordinary story. This is a story about love, despair, and how Kiri lost his mind.
But, in the end, this is all fiction. So do not worry. I will not appear behind your back and force you to burn burn your heart and soul like I did with [CENSORED]

Visual Novel Translation Status (12/27/2020)
Welcome to my last VNTS Review for 2020, and merry belated Christmas (Also I'm sorry for being late here). As for this week, we have (Redundant) Majikoi release from JAST back at Christmas day and Sekai belated release of Amairo Chocolata English version, so I can say that it's still good to see official company release some VNs for Christmas. Other than the releases from the official, there's two releases from fan translation section with one of
Foreword: The path of the reader is both fulfilling and a lonely one. Every time we read a story, we create a world in our minds, we become attached to it and in the end, we have to do both: to say goodbye to them and let them rest in our hearts. Now, after many years of waiting, it is finally time to say farewell to the Kara no Shoujo franchise, and I couldn't think of any better way to do it, than by dedicating my first visual novel review to it.
Summary: Kara no Shoujo franchise is a 3
Year 2009 was cool in my evaluation due to two 10/10 masterpieces. It starts to get weird, but the overall number of masterpieces for me is exactly 20 yet again this year. New portion of Visual Novel Openings 2009 with songs.
My list of masterpieces in 2009:
Abyss -Homicide Club-
Boku no Te no Naka no Rakuen
Coμ - Kuroi Ryuu to Yasashii Oukoku -
Devils Devel Concept
Eden* They Were Only Two, On The Planet.
The Litrpg genre has a bunch of subsets, from the gamelit (characters are actually in a game) and portal fantasy (go through a portal to a game-like world) to Wuxia/xanxia style cultivation and anime-style harem setups.
William D Arand is an interesting writer... He is definitely on the harem side of things, because all of his protagonists end up with a harem of women who are both devoted to him and end up running his life, as well as being deadly, amoral and more than a little crazy. Mo
Another sucky month. I recordered couple routes of Fake Azure Arcology by the time my second youtube channel got hammered, so let's call Fake Azure Arcology VN of the month since too many releases this month are gameplay ones. Yes, I know I promised to review Atori no Sora to Shinchuu no Tsuki , but for the same reason don't want to pull it out without video. It was a heavy and not interesting game, anyway. Micchi is fascinated about fandiscs, as usual. And there won't be usual end of the year p
Visual Novel Translation Status (12/20/2020)
As for this week VNTS Review, since we have Riddle Joker MC with the name Arihara Satoru in which it remind me that Shera My Witch MC was also have the name Satoru (At least Riddle Joker's Satoru didn't voiced his narration and thus I didn't need to hear on how horny he is lol) and that we have Ayase who is a psychic, I decided to parodied Shera My Witch here and so we have 'Ayase My Psychic' as this week VNTS Review. As for this week, it's quite
Instead of a blogpost I did this one as an amateur documentary. I'm 100% serious about my claim. It might sound crazy, but if you watch the video I'm sure you'll at least see that my claim has a logical foundation to it. You don't need to have watched Lain to follow the video either. So if the topic interests you by all means check it out.
I rarely read VN's now and mostly I read charages yet again, I'm still finding those rare charages where something actively happens and it just aint pure ichaicha or low tension events. I probably read a shit ton of VN's and drop it within an hour if I my experience predicts that this novel will be a cookie cutter moege yet again or a charage where nothing reallly happens that much.
I'll just copy paste what I said on the WAYR forums a while ago,
"Playing Aonatsu Line

Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and since we have Double Cast English patch being released back at November 29th along with two zombie VNs releases that's supposed to be happen at today, I did change the word 'Cast' in Double Cast into 'Zombie' so we have Double Zombie as this week VNTS Review. As for this week, I would say that I agree with Zakamutt in that there's not much happening here, but perhaps it's inevitable in that it's a breather fo

Since we have Ryuusei being released back at last week along with that it share the same writer as Akagoei, I decided to just replace the 'Guard' in the English translation of Akagoei full title (Guard of Daybreak) into 'Police' so we have Police of Daybreak as this week VNTS Review, and the reason for the 'Police' word here is because we have Ryuusei's MC Ruka work as the police albeit a lazy one. As for this week, other than Ryuusei sudden rele
