Kuki Monshiro from Majikoi S, but they have different personalities. If you mean in regard of shinigami, other than Shinikiss there's also Kamidori if you want more shinigami. If you want to talk about the immature one, there's a lot to choose there. Although if you want the heroine with white haired, I think Dracu Riot was had white haired heroine there. Oh, also My Girlfriend is the President and Ayakashibito as well (Also had same writer as Tokyo Babel for more info). Hope this'll be help.
