SaerSinaps
I started having this problem after installing Atlas and LEC for the offline translations. Now my translation box doesn't show the game text with the romaji. Heres a picture showing what the box looks like with the "display Japanese furigana above game text" option: http://puu.sh/p3cMo/1117530ec6.jpg And without the option ticked: http://puu.sh/p3cME/bad3a53607.jpg
sanahtlig
For the love of God, don't use VNR to parse. Use Translation Aggregator or Chiitrans. This has been a public service announcement.
Dergonu
Indeed, Chiitrans or some other program will be a lot better. Here is a guide for Chiitrans if you want to give that a go isntead.
SaerSinaps
Okay so i tried to use Chiitrans, but somehow this is worse than VNR, as the text isnt being coppied correctly. is there a way to fix this? some examples: http://puu.sh/p3xmD/16468eb4d4.jpg http://puu.sh/p3xno/0ef4101399.jpg
Yuuko
Hook the text with ITH (Don't get this btw for Aokana because all the versions don't work with it), ITHVNR or VNR and then just have it auto-copied to chiitrans window.
SaerSinaps
Which completely defeats the purpose of not having to use VNR.. if VNR is so bad as everyone is saying (which i don't see much problem to it). VNR was working fine for me until it stopped putting the furigana and romaji on the translation box, and no one seems to be able to fix this. I guess ill just have to live without it then.
