Isn't it the other way for CR? I haven't seen honorifics in any of their older releases but I have been seeing them in some of their newer ones. I can't name them off of the top of my head but I'm sure some others know what I'm talking about.

Same reason people say tlwiki translates VNs. And people hate fuwanovel because of aaeru and the shit she pulled. It's not a mystery but many people here like to think it is.

^ I'd agree with you when it comes to anime but I honestly believe he's legit when it comes to VNs. He's never once lied and always been helful on /r/visualnovels.
